It obvious that DT loves all his children and I think baby Baron looks like his big sister.
What a wonderful life that baby must have and I am not talking about their wealth
he is surrounded by love. He looks like a very happy baby and to be talking that well
at 18 months old is great.
Just wanted to say what a nice looking family.
jenna1605
hey there halfcountry,
i could not believe how Barron has gotten.. OMG.
i dont think that he looks like his brother and sister, he is a spitting image of daddy..
jenna

Yes, he does look like Daddy, even the blonde hair!! What a gorgeous, lucky little boy!!

Given the genes Baron should be destined to be a success.

I hope Trump apologizes to him about the hair. smile.gif

Baby Baron is pretty cute, and don Jr and ivanka are very intelligent, but I have to wonder why the other two trump kids are never around...
Don also has a daughter by Marla Maples, she should be around 16(?) and he also has a son younger than Ivanka - Eric (20's?)

Genetics has nothing to do with success. Given the fact that his dad's a billionaire will give him more than a better chance of being a success at whatever he so desires.

Marla lives in LA. Maybe Eric enjoys being behind the scenes. I THINK some one posted that he runs St. Jude's charity fund.

Very cute and smart little boy,and yes he does look a lot like daddy. It was also so sweet when asked what his daddy's job was(or something like that) and he said buisness. Only 18 mo.old too.

I am always giving crap to people - lovingly - and they give it right back too - I have over 400 pairs of shoes but you will never see me in white between those dates. I once had a foreign service employee that heard me joking with one of the staff and she said uh is that an American thing and one of my staff piped up and said No - thats an old lady thing ! (Hey Hey Hey !) but my staff knew me and they knew I would laugh so no I didnt fire the woman lol I am almost 50 years old (ick - just the WORD) and I just will never get that rule out of my mind no matter what any fashion police say - my dad would strike me down.

There was a video clip of, Baron and Trump's wife speaking on the phone last season. Baron sounded like how a baby would sound like less then a year old. Trump's younger children are way to young to be judges in the boardroom. I did see a picture of them in the Apprentice Finale last season. There was a discussion that floating around by the candidates, as well as viewers that Ivanka and Don Jr. are not qualified to be judges. Based on what I read, Ivanka and Don Jr. both work for their father on high profile projects. Ivanka is more of a celebrity like her father, while don Jr is more of a behind the scenes stuff. It is good to see George once in awhile.

Having wealth on that scale could easily be a disadvantage - lets remember Paris Hilton is an heiress - i dont for one moment think she is a happy bunny...rich yes, and she can surround herself with comfort..but as for being truly happy?

Well let me be the first to say "I wish I had his handicap". It's all in the upbringing. If you spoil your kids and don't instill education, good behavior and social graces on them, you will have a Paris Hilton. I really doubt we'll ever hear of an Ivanka Trump sex video. She seems to have more class than that.
piers4pres
My remarks dont refer to any shenanigans like sex tapes....it refers to the notion that having wealth insulates your from all problems.....it doesnt. Money buys you material effects ....great but there are other human "needs" that have nothing to do with "having stuff".

Even though I know this one, I want to ask this question. Does anyone know who Maryanne Trump Barry is? What is her occupation? How far has gone in her occupation?

Last night, I found a really good article, about Don Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump. Even though the article focuses on these three people. It does talk little bit about Tiffany Trump.

http://nymag.com/nymetro/news/people/features/10610/

Based on what the article New York magazine, Don Jr. states that the Apprentice series humanized his father Trump Sr. and has brought family closer.

Sorry G, I have no idea who that it...and interesting snippet on how the show has brought them together more...I am glad for them and can how that happened...and IT MAKES ME RIGHT.....dang it is lonely here wink.gif
thanks for that link...

The answer is Don Sr.'s, sister; she is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. This is very high level court, right below the U.S. Supreme Court. The wikipedia is a great website to get information, if you don't already know anything about this court.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maryanne_Trump_Barry

In addition, here is another interesting article I found in New York Magazine about her and her famous younger brother.

http://nymag.com/nymetro/news/people/featu...07/index11.html

I just ordered the movie called Born Rich, mention in the article link I gave you previously. I can’t wait see this documentary.

http://www.hbo.com/docs/programs/born_rich/index.html

This 2003 Sundance Film Festival selection takes a true insiders' look at the privileges and burdens, of being born rich.

In my opinion, I believe Ivanka is the smartest and most level headed of the Trump children.

It's okay SarahB, I have no idea what Charles Darwin comment is about either. I have some idea, but it is not even relevant. Stefan65 might be referring to the Darwin's "Theory of Evolution." It would be a waste of time posting messages about Darwin's theory.

I'll miss all the Trace & Stephen B. fans.

Will miss Holly.

I am a transplanted Okie & live in southcentral Kansas now.

What is everyone doing for Easter ?

I'll be in church, Southern Baptist.

MIL is visiting the end of March so I need to be SCDODDing.

(spring clean, dust, organize, donate & declutter)

Sounds exciting huh ?

Started paying attention to TA music when he did the One Hot Momma video.

Remember watching SB in TV series Young Riders.

I like Brits Simon Cowel & Piers...in that order. Simon is misunderstood.
Don't understand SOME of what Piers says & does, but willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Love Lennox' accent.

I'm gonna miss piers...until his talent show comes up! lol...

I will miss watching Trace every week, of course.

I will miss "talking" to everyone on this board. Not a big NBC fan so you probably won't see me.

Piers fans and Trace fans. Sometimes we can be mean. Why can't we all just get along!?! But I'll miss ya'll too.

Tracefan, For Easter, I will most likely be at my Mom's listening to her new husbad tell me about his motorcycle wreck and subsequent health problems for the 1,000,000th time. Gonna post a ? for Uwish.

And I wish she would get over here ! smile.gif

Watched a cable show where a widow was looking to purchase a home in the desert. Sun City was the town. She would walk out the back door to the back patio & say, " What a lovely lanai."

Is that what people in the dessert call a covered porch ?

She pronounced it luni or lunigh so not sure of the spelling. Short u & long i.

She was also a Red Hat Club Member.

Does anybody understand that group ?

About the lanai(sp)
Not to seem dumb or anything but I have only ever heard that term once. On golden Girls. But that show was set in Miami so I guess its not a desert thing.

Underneath the frivolity, we share a bond of affection, forged by common life experiences and a genuine enthusiasm for wherever life takes us next."

Sorry, private joke...UWish, you get it???

Lanai is the Hawaiian word for a porch or sometimes a balcony. Its the "new thang" in selling real estate, I think. I'd never heard the word before a few years ago, either, but I guess it sounds more sophisticated than sitting on your back porch.

I'm a Louisiana native but transplanted to Florida when I was 8, so this is home. I'm retired and spend most of my time working in my yard, enjoying my "lanai" wink.gif I love gardening...in fact I've started a collection of Plumeria trees...the flowers that Hawaiian leis are made with, so the lanai question was right up my alley.

I'm a new Trace fan, impressed by the way he carries himself on CA. I've never been a big country fan...I never gave it a chance, but after listening to some of his music I've become a big fan. I guess its really true...Ladies do love country boys!

Here's another tangent. One of the boys was studying Hawaii & learned that one of the islands is privately owned. The lena'i explanation reminded me of it so of course I have to find out who owns the island.

QUOTE
Owned by Keith Robinson and Bruce Robinson, the island has been privately owned by the Robinson family since 1864.

...

Niihau is the smallest of the inhabited Hawaiian Islands in the U.S. State of Hawaii, having an area of 69.5 square miles (180 km²).[3] Known as the "Forbidden Isle",

...

Niihau played a small role during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. An off-course Japanese pilot crash landed at Niihau and was captured by locals. With the assistance of local Japanese residents, the pilot escaped, but was later recaptured and killed. The incident is referred to locally as the "Niihau Incident" or the "Battle of Niihau."[13][14]

...

then of course I HAVE to know more about this Incident.

Big Toby Kieth fan, but he is a BIG OU fan & I am an OSU fan. Have a cd with American Soldier on it. That song chokes me up.

Love everything Trace.

I check GAC & CMT occasionally. Watched Gone Country where John Rich takes a diverse group of singers & see who can go country. That show reminds me of these boards. It was funny & tragic at times.

Enjoy Rich & Big music. Love Holy Water song, but not sure what it is saying.

Then there is Garth imgonnaretirebutmywordsdon'tmatchmyactions Brooks.

Have a Kathy Matea Christmas cd & ADORE her rendition of Mary Did You Know.

Enjoy Reba's Somebody video.

Shania rocks !

Kelly Pickler's USO tour segment was hilarious. I LOL. Dh was looking at me strangely. She cracks me up. Bunker ? What's a bunker. And even the male soldiers knew her Red High Heels song. Like her hair style. Will she ever be able to get through that song about her mom abandoning her without crying ?

Remember the video spoof Terri Clark did in Girls Lie Too where the guy is dressed up like Black Jack Sparrow ?

Just thought I would add...the island of Niihau was famous for the shells that washed up on the shores of the other islands. When we visited Hawaii in summer of '84, you could buy a necklace made from those shells that was authenticated at some of the jewelry stores. I still have the necklace made from those small shells and apparently they are quite valuable today. I think I paid about $35.00 at the time for it!
It was for me just a nice reminder of a family trip.

That club was formed out of a witty thing that appeared in the Readers Digest many years ago and grew from the poem the club was formed out of - something about wearing a purple hat when we get old - and now it is multi million dollar business with jewelry and clothing and just anything you could imagine. They also have a pink hat - or purple hat - cant recall which - that is for under 50 year old women. The gals I knew would go to luncheons and such as part of their clubs

Oh and getting back to topic - what I WONT miss is people that post wrong information and then others jump on the bandwagon and continue to perpetuate the wrong info and wont hear people out when the mere point is to right the info. But oh well. I give up - I am not coming out here at all - I dont really need to get into a ******* match with people that want to hear what they want things to be and take every frickin little word and post to turn them into what they want them to be and not what they really were.
