Ok wait, I'm still not sure about what Linda Tavara's power is.
Is it that, with her glowing powers, she takes the special person's power and at the same time kills them? Or does she just kill them with her glowing hands, I mean, since, they've not shown her using any of the powers she's possibly gotten... :/
I'm super confused, but I'm glad she's dead(: She's cruel. dry.gif

What are u talking about "shes dead"? The chick with the glowing hands was alive and well at the end of the novel. Her next target was linderman. Any chance that Linderman was able to turn her, and make her work for him?

read ch.73 of the GN's (war buddies part 7 i believe) - Linderman killed her.

I liked this novel, there was some action and an explanation on where the long dead villain got the notebook. Now we need to know where the mysterious lady got the notebook...

Her power kills the person it's used against, and if they have a power she will (supposedly) take it. I would assume that her glowing hands are simply an indication that she is using her power, similarly to hearing a sound effect whenever someone uses their ability in the show.

Do keep in mind that this is only the second time Linda has appeared in a GN, it won't really matter if we see her using a different ability (since she's dead), and for a very long time the only power we saw Sylar using was telekinesis.

That being said, I agree that this female knockoff of Sylar is cruel, and I'm glad she's dead.

I'll be honest. This one just left me confused. It was okay, but completely irrelevant. She's dead...killed by someone else who's also dead...

What's the point?

Synch,

I have to agree with you. Where the other novel, gave us insight as to why Linderman went to Nathan, and his mental state.

This one basically said... Tavara hunted people. Got her files from a mysterious source. And next target was Linderman.

Almost the SAME thing that happened the last time we saw her. No questions were answered. The same questions remain.

I didn't like this one. More questions than answers. Who is that mysterious woman? Had Linda really killed all those people like her boss implied? This was way before The Company was founded, so is there an even bigger company? What was that Jason dude's power? How many powers does Linda have and why doesn't she use any? LOL

I like that it made you asked questions because that cathces your interest and just does not give you the answers and so you just did not drop the subject. And to asnwer all your questions: patience wait for another GN to come out and answer your Q's. Gosh so many people now a days wanting instant gratafication all the time. laugh.gif

I'm not so much interested in instant gratification as I am in relevance.

If, at some point in the future, the Woman with Horn Rimmed Glasses (WHRG?) become important, I'll accept that this GN was relevant. Until that point, it's just "filler."

Who's to say that she's dead. If she is the female Sylar I find it hard to believe that she would be so easily killed by a stick. All we know is that she was left uncontious and without her notebook.

I'm sorry. I had forgotten that she was burned after he knocked her out.
