"30 ROCK"
"MILF ISLAND"
04/10/2008 (08:30PM - 09:00PM) (Thursday) : SOMEONE CALLS JACK DONAGHY (ALEC BALDWIN) A `CLASS A MORON' AND THE NEW YORK POST'S `PAGE SIX' COLUMN PICKS IT UP, CAUSING JACK AGITA. GUEST STAR ROB HUEBEL ("HUMAN GIANT") - The TGS staff has been obsessing all season over the new reality hit MILF Island. While watching the riveting finale, pitting Debra vs. Deborah as the final two MILFs, Jack (Baldwin) who is riding high on this programming feat is blindsided by a blind item that ran in the New York Post. The "Page Six" column reveals a staffer referring to Jack as a "Class A Moron" and saying, "That guy can eat my poo." This isn't the best timing since Jack is in the running for Chairman and had high hopes that the success of MILF Island would help him seal the deal. In an effort to identify the disloyal employee he forces Jonathan (Maulik Pancholy) to turn up the heat in the writers' room until one of them breaks. Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Scott Adsit, Judah Friedlander, Lonny Ross, Katrina Bowden and Maulik Pancholy also star. Rob Huebel guest stars as the MILF Island host.

Welcome back, "30 Rock". I just love watching Jack get the upper hand on Liz by catching her in a lie.
Big fun. What can I say about "MILF Island", other than it will probably end up a "reality" on Bravo?
*snicker* Where was Jane K.?

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it ! The reality show parallel was great, Turning the cast against each other, turning up the heat, Hornberg trapped by a vending machine, and the narorator type of overlaps MILF island, the whole episode being interwoven, great production, and smart writing, Liz revealing that she might have eaten her own twin, OMG !!!! also that line giving insight to the ruthless business woman she can be...but then kinda not really, she would do anything for her friends..anything, as long as she benifits from it ..haha Kennith, You discust me :-P it reflects how screwed up our world really is, and how we can laugh at these human traits everyone has, If I learned anything from this episode it would be, *The first person with the talking bannana gets the blame*

Call me biased, but I think tonight's 30 Rock was better than The Office (but that was the first episode of The Office that I've ever watched...and it was still funny).
I noticed that Jane did not appear in the episode too. But as usual, Tina, Alec, and Jack did a spectacular job! I don't need to summarize the episode, but the writing was nothing short of ingenious. The show was just too funny. Everybody deserves a raise or something.
I can't wait to watch it again on NBC.com so I can catch the jokes that I missed.

I agree that 30 Rock's "MILF Island" episode was much better than The Office's "Dinner Party" episode. However, I was slightly disgusted with Liz Lemon's persistently persecuting her crew- particularly Kenneth- for her own blunder at New York Post's report regarding Jack Donaghy as "A Class moron" or whatever it was...I don't exactly remember. Nonetheless, Jack put such hilariously "emotional" banter to make Liz confess. I figured Jack already knew at the beginning of this episode; otherwise, he wouldn't have mentioned to Liz about writing a script for the winner of MILF Island reality show before immediately referring to the New York Post comment.

when i heard the 'MILF Island' idea last season, i thought it was gold.... but when i heard that it was the focus of the episode, i seethed with anticipation for what the writers could come up with... and as usual, it was the funniest thing on television all week (it always is!!)

Jack overhearing Liz say, "Poo", in passing was brilliant. He's just as multi-layered as the rest of the characters (except for one, who shall remain nameless and clueless).

Really? You wouldn't want to disclose your opinion on which character is just one-dimensional? Pretty much, to me, only Jack, Liz, and Tracy (probably Kenneth too, but idk) are well-rounded.

QUOTE (drshoes2 @ Apr 11 2008, 02:58 AM)

That actually happens, only one twin doesn't actually eat the other, the cells get reabsorbed before they have a chance to develop.
This show is hilarious. I wonder how long it will take NBC to come out with an actual Milf Island show.

Although I still loved this episode, it didn't have the same kind of fire that it usually does. However, there were two brilliant moments:
1) the speaking banana
2) Kenneth hiding behind the Mr. T cutout in the elevator
