Trace's charity is Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN).

PERSONAL CONNECTION: Trace's 6-year old daughter had a severe, life-threatening reaction to peanut butter when she was just 18 months old, an experience Trace called "terrifying." His daughter also suffers from allergies to eggs and milk. Trace feels that research could lead to greater understanding of food allergies, and perhaps someday a cure.

Trace will use his country gentleman charm and he will show you city slickers how it is done.

He is who I hope wins because I am a fan of his...he probably does have a lot of contacts who will help him and his southern charm will help a lot...however, I am afraid the competitive nature of the female athletes and the skills of some of the more business-minded contestants might make this a challenge for the good-o-boy.

I'm very fond of Trace Adkins, but fear he may be out of his league here. Hard to say, but if there's an underdog to root for, I'll pick him.

I think Trace will suprise everyone. He is educated, can dance, has written a book, is funny & has added a word to the dictionary ... badonkadonk !,

Hey Trace, awesome first episode. I could tell you were taking everything in before you set them right. Looking forward to when you will be a project manager and show them how it is done.

I don't know how you could stand all that bickering. That would drive me nuts. I'm like you when I don't like someone I will disengage also but I've also done a lot of tongue biting when you can't get away.

God knows how he got through that first episode. I can't wait to see Trace go into action.
I hope we get to see that side of Trace. If you have read his book you know he can, but with camera rolling we might not see that.. Trace I hope you take it all!

Trace is going to show them all how it's done. And he's going to do it with class and intelligence. I don't believe he's out of his element at all. He has his own business savvy and he's able to carry himself with dignity instead of acting like a spoiled brat and sniping at people like some of the others were doing on the first episode. I'll be at work during the second show but I have the series set to record on my dvr so I'll be able to kick back and watch the action when I get home. Trace, you just take your time and show them all what a rough and ready free thinking roughneck can do.

Mission Accomplished!!! Now, on to that next big challenge....creating an awesome public service announcement. Can't wait to see how that turns out....we all know that you have the voice for it!!!

It is great to see on TV, but I am looking forward to seeing you on the big screen.
You look great in a suit, but I prefer the bad boy image you have in your film debut.
I haven't heard anyone talking about the fact that you make a cameo appearance in the comic based indie horror flick 'Trailer Park of Terror' which is an Official Selection of the 2008 Slamdance Film Festival taking place later this month. Don't know how you got involved, but I would guess because it was directed by another well known Nashville name, Country music video director Steven Goldman. (Broken Bridges and over 200 music videos for artists such as Faith Hill, Shania Twain, and Alan Jackson).

Trace did great the first week! While he did seem laid back, it turns out he actually suggested the first name for their team and they all loved it. But then the producers couldn't get it cleared and so they had to change it and all of that got edited out!

I expect we'll see Trace get more aggressive as time goes on but I fully expect him to remain a gentleman. I don't see him being a back stabber. Gotta love that guy!

I think that Trace could take this whole show

When Trace got a visit from his family on the show last week, he was not the only one crying, but don't let them tears fool you. He is a get them hands dirty kind of guy and when pushed to it, he just might snap at anytime! Trace Adkins is a man that I stand with every step of the way on this show and when it finally comes to an end, may he be the only one left standing!
