Terrible ending
I did not like the ending to tonight's episode and throughout the whole episode I was trying my best not to scream at the TV about how stupid I thought they were. It seems obvious to me that in last weeks episode the girl, Melanie I believe, had been gone for a week when they found her. I also seem to remember that Joanna's mom had said she had talked to her daughter on the phone at least the day before Allison and Cynthia saw her which was well after Melanie went missing. It was obvious to me that if in the past Joanna was there when they kidnapped Susie that she would have already been there when Melanie was taken and if you put two and two together the stories wouldn't have added up. Melanie would say she was taken and Joanna was already there and Joanna probably told her the same bull she told Susie. Joanna's mom would say she had spoken to her daughter at least once during her pretend abduction and the stories wouldn't match so who is lying terrified Melanie, Joanna's mom, or Joanna who obviously can't be at the mercy of a kidnapper and still chit chat with her mom. I found it painful to watch supposedly smart women go on about how they couldn't get justice and then have Cynthia kill Joanna when they could have put more thought into unraveling Joanna's lies.
