lol yeah, very true. i'm not big on the flavoured kind anyway (i usually stick with the regular stuff, as i don't care for the extra sweetness). i think the only real "positive" for the weight-control crap is they've added a few extra grams of protein to each serving, but big deal. as it is, i always cook my oatmeal w/ egg whites to boost my protein (recommended by my trainer), as well as a quarter cup of allbran, and a tbsp of ground flax. fills me up and keeps me quite "regular" lol
