Is it a calorie counter if so where can i get one?
I think it might be a heart rate monitor, but I am not sure.
You burn more calories when your heart rate goes up and stays up.

I am aware that the watch the BL contestants wear is a heart rate monitor. Also one can wear a sort of digital counter/locater armband; but not sure Ali is wearing one.
I, too, would be interested in knowing exactly what she is wearing also. (Perhaps it is one of those Timex Heart Rate Monitor Digital Triathalon Package thing).
Anyone else have an idea?

I believe it is a bodybug from 24hr fitness. It keeps track of consumed and expended calories. I ma get me one! you can find them on 24fitness' site. rather pricy though.
