Cool episode building a new set of arcs. Good to see ol' "Red Foreman" again. It seemed as though it was run out of airdate order. Was this 4 part set supposed to be earlier in the season? One other thing. "Lady Killer" looks like it was meant to run after the next three, but was rushed to the air as a ratings grabber. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose. Speculation is always fun. Right?

Uhh... why does no one seem to care that they are running this "4 episode-arc" out of order? I only see 2 posts where someone questions this. What happened? Where is Part 1?? I recorded the "New" episode on my dvr, only to see it says "previously on Medium" then plays parts of an episode I've never seen before and that never aired!! (at least I'm 99% sure did NOT air). This is unexeptable and is my pet peeve. I hate watching things out of order. NBC - get your sh&%$t together!! I like the show a lot, which is why I'm upset.
Maybe I'll calm down if someone can give a rational explanation to these "out of order" episodes. Anyone?? Anyone?? Are they even going to air part 1 or just say screw it, we'll start with part 2... maybe no one will notice...

I agree. I was very, very confused when I started watching and decided that I must've forgot to watch the previous one, but on NBC.com I saw no such episode.
However... Tonight... It said "To be continued," yet the preview has nothing to do with the current episode.
