I know the contestants work out for 4-6 hours per day but does anyone know their exact routine?
I may have the opportunity to work out for 3 months for that much time per day and want to see the same results.

I just bought The Biggest Loser workout book but I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. I'm not sure it would have four to six hour workouts in it though because most people do not have the time for that. However, I'm sure that you could combine workouts. It has several ideas in it. I'll let you know once I look through it.
