I don't think not getting a callback means that someone wasn't good enough, especially when it comes to singers. There are too many variables that come into play. I'm sure they thought you were good, but like they said the decision in the end is up to the producers that they sent the tapes back to in L.A., not the producers that were at the auditions, so I wouldn't take it as they LIED to you. I'm sure they only wanted a few singers and I'll bet you will see a couple of young kids like last year, a couple of teen, and a couple of adults make it through to Vegas and probably only a couple of them actual make it on the show. The odds are just not in for singers. Since this show is about all talents, they must all be given the opportunity to shine and singers are just one category. I think it will interesting to see who makes it on the show and to support them, but remember, it doesn't mean that they were better, it just means that everything just fell into place for them.

thanks makingitbig for your continued encouragement. It really is hard for people who haven't been in the buisiness, to understand rejection.

I can't wait till the show starts. I hope I at least get a couple of seconds on the show. I wonder who from this forum, we might see. Maybe String of Pearls, I love those gals. Or we might see you. Anyway, it has been a hoot talking to yall these past few months, and I hope one of us makes it.
