Band Manager, Can I Send In Entry

Hi:

I manage a Christian Rock N Blues band and I want to enter them in the contest. Can I fill out the entry form on their behalf or does each member have to fill out a form?

Is it too late to send in a tape?

Do you want just a tape or can I send a press kit too?

If they have a video, they can upload it to them on their myspace. I posted earlier that they are now accepting applications and videos through myspace, apparently they are going to have a show just on the myspace audition submissions and they will pick 1 from all of them to be on the show!
