Apparently, the documentary crew shut down for a few months and then started filming again without recapping the broken story arcs. Therefore, we've been left to fill in the gaps. What happened? Why did Andy's chain lose its ball? How did Jim get invited to the corporate Christmas party? Did Ryan and Kelly relapse over Valentine's Day?

I'm really sad that we didnt get filled in on what happened during the break, we didnt even get much of a glimpse. Just that Jim didnt give Hank his tip .
