I hereby issue a triathalon challenge to all of us here on the board. After listening to my son whine for 20 min, spent 20 min arguing with DH over whiney son, then scrubbing bathroom for 20 min to work off anger with son & DH, I decided there had to be a more productive way to have a "triathalon". So, I am planning to do a mini triathalon tomorrow at the gym (yes, we are having a snow storm predicted for tomorrow) including 20 min on the bike, 20 min jogging, and 20 min on the elliptical.
Your triathalon can be physical or emotional, or whatever.... 5 min without cussing, 5 min of meditation, 5 min of positive affirmations, Waiting 10 min before giving in to snacking, spend 10 min healthy meal planning, 10 min of walking, etc. Let your imagination and your goals guide you. I would love to be inspired by y'all!
