Okay I know that obv. If I'm a FAN of stax that I shouldn't be going into the negative anti rooms anyways but i mean come on you got to b clueless if you don't even have the slightest curiousity of what they talk about and how they are going to get stax "off the air" or how they are writing these long letters and calling in on the producers telling them how much they HATE stax. I think this is so unfair but also going wayyyyyyyyyyyy out of proportion.

Yeah I get curious sometimes and it is easy to find things a little offensive but at the end of the day, they are entitled to their opinion, just as we are entitled to ours.

I do think there are a few of them that do take things too far and blow things out of proportion. I consider a few of the anti-staxers friends as well. We agree and understand each other on other issues. It's just STAX we disagree upon, but that's fine with me.

If one is easily offended by the stuff they say in there, really try to avoid the threads. Usually they don't mean anything personal to Shelley, Darin or us.

Yeah I agree with other anti-staxers on other subjects too. me and Noledays were just having a friendly talk and we both kind of got a little of the topic but it was all cool.

& plus that's what you go on these boards for..to state ur opinion and talk about the show...so its all good.

Well that's for sure. I really don't like EJ and the EJAMI scenes today were just as painful for me to watch as STAX might be for them to watch, but I don't wish James Scott out of a job, nor do I make fun of his dorky facial expressions sometimes.



Noledays is truly cool. We have an understanding and we agree to disagree on STAX. And this is a public message board so yeah, they should be able to post their opinions, really as long as they don't actor bash.

I emailed Corday about how i'm PRO-STAX but i don't know if he ever read it...he sure didn't email me back saying thanks or anything. which is fine cause i know they probably don't have time to do that...it just would have been reassuring to know that he saw it.

They did not grow up in an uncle/niece relationship and they're not blood related! I mean I even have some family who are blood related and I dont see them as my family simply because I did not grow up with that relationship. In fact I consider them to be nothing more than strangers. With both aspects considered (they didnt grow up in that relationship and they arent related by blood) I really dont understand all the hate...its a soap opera! Weren't Belle and Shawn related by blood or was that Belle and Philip?

Come on people get REAL i don't care if it is adoption or not max and stephanie is still legally incest. I'll be dang if one of my adopted children will ever have sex with one of my grandkids - i will knock him on his butt and so would Caroline if the writeres would let her. I seriously get nausaus everytime they are on the screen. I fast forward immediantly. Please stop having Caroline and Shawns son have sex with his sister's daughter!!!!!!!! PLEASE

I sometimes think there is more to the STAX hate than just the so-called incest angle. I think the writers do a bad job writing for Stephanie and they make the character unlikeable. From the beginning people didn't like Stephanie because she was a doormat for Jeremy. Now people are complaining about how she seems to be obsessed with Max.

I do agree with some who say the writers should have addressed the fact that Max and Stephanie are related, even if it is by adoption. It would have created more drama if Kayla, Steve, or Caroline were opposed to the relationship. (If the writer's strike hadn't happened, maybe their s/l would have been given more thought.) Maybe it is not too late to bring this up when Max finds his sister, Melanie. If Melanie questions their relationship, it would be good opportunity to have an open discussion about how you can't help who you fall in love with.

The Max & Stephanie s/l is what got me to start watching Days again. I watched the show years ago when I was in college and stopped watching when Kristen A. and Peter R. left the show. If you can get past the idea that they are adopted niece and uncle, they really are a sweet & romantic couple -- unlike a lot of the other couples on the show right now. The s/l doesn't bother me because 1.) it's just a soap and it's not supposed to be reality, and 2.) I don't have any adopted family members.

I really have no problem with Stax. The fact that they didn't grow up with that relationship makes it acceptable to me. I think they are cute. I like them even though they are the most hated couple on the show. I don't see how anyone could hate Stax. Darin and Shelley are also wayyy cute!

I respect everyone`s opinion who love Stax but I just can`t get over the incest. I know that they are not blood related but it is just gross because max held her as a baby eww

umm they did grow up knowing they were uncle and niece. Max And Kayla were actually really close. She the one that saved him.

Ok I like them as individual people but not as a couple because ewwww they are related. He is her uncle. Whether or not he was adopted that is his new family. I was adopted to and I can't imagine ever thinking of my family like that. Grossss!!!!!!!! They are good people and will find someone they are more are not related to to be with.
