No, I don't think you can get transcripts for these shows.

One can get them, but they'll probably be fanmade.

Grab yourself a pen and some looseleaf...and get to work...

lol, exactly. Unless you find a way to work/intern at the show (that's the only way I know of getting scripts, and I think guest transcripts would be even harder to get.)
