I am outraged that the show keeps catering to the rapist making him the victim once again. He is no victim period. they let him get away with his crimes especially the rape. dena needs to go fast. Unless, she has something uph er sleeve like making lumi the endgame, i want her gone from the show. she had ruined oltl and now is ruining dool.

Yeah. Thursday's episode also showed how EJ and Nicole had arranged to make Sami jealous. Their conversation outside the pub made me wish that Sami was around to hear all that. What would Sami DO if she found out that EJ and Nicole were working on all this together? I bet she would reconsider how rotten a man EJ really is. He still hasn't changed. He's keeping people under wraps thinking that he has but he's still manipulative, shady and despicable.

I agree, they seem to cater to EJ alot now it's getting bad i hate seeing EJ but i do like having Nicole around him it makes things alot better for me.

I absolutely agree with you, ladies, rape is not romance. What are the writers thinking? EJ needs to pay for his crimes sometime soon! I think a great way for him to pay is to find out that little Johnny is really Lucas' son afterall. Maybe Stefano switched the results or something!! Hahahahaha wouldn't it be great if EJ lost everything? Lucas should be the father of both of those babies. He love Sami and the babies, even knowing that they could've been fathered by EJ! Lucas rocks!

I absolutely agree with you. I am outraged that after waiting for over ten years to see lucas and sami get together they're torn apart by a rapist. I think that little johnny is lucas's and I also think that we will find out that sami's new baby girl will also end up being lucas's. I think it's going to take some patience, but we will see them together again. I hate this chloe and lucas thing and sami being with rafe while obsessing over ej is making me sick.

I agree. There is no way Sami should be with Lucas. And if wasn't for these writers she wouldn't be. Sami does not belong with EJ, period. If she did, they would have written that awful rape scene and over two years of Elvis terrorizing her, and Sami hating him. There relationship was always based on coersion and intimidation, she never chose Elvis over Lucas. Now it appears like she wants him because Nicole is going to have him and she does not want to see Nicole happy. Doesn't sound like real love to me.

I read an article of an interview with James Scott and he said the rape was handled badly. Laura and Luke married but when their son found out that Luke had raped Laura he flipped out. Then their daughter found out and did the same. Viewers pleaded that they not have EJ rape Sami. But they had EJ rape Sami. It gags me when people say Sami had a "choice". Or that it was an agreement. And how romantic when EJ said his faaathur wanted him to plant his seed in a Brady woman.

The scene on Monday where Sami is cornered by EJ and joined by Stephano, Nicole, and Tony had some posters say EJ was a bully. He was IMHO. But I can't stand these posts that say that he was caring and concerned and giving Sami good advice and she should listen to him. And of course she should tell Golden Boy the truth. She deserves being miserable because she lies and schemes. Like EJ is Mr. Clean? He has lied, raped, beaten, shot at and ordered people killed. And that has been within the last 3 years or so and they quote everything Sami has done since she was a teen-ager. I'm afraid we are out numbered by these viewers that drool over EJ. What gets me is ejamis hate Sami. So why do they want Sami to be with EJ? I'm really frustrated today.

I know, that is just not even believable. I mean come on! A man that Sami hated less than a year ago, a man who raped her and terrorized her and her family. Who are these writers kidding?

Who is Dena? I don't keep up with the writers, but I know something has changed for dool. I used to tape every episode, now I could care less unless I think there might be some lumi moments even if it's not romantic. I just want to see them together so we can have hope. I think that they ended lumi the way did is unsettling. I have always wanted to see ej get what he deserves and lucas and sami to be together with their children. It's not boring when they can add other things into the mix, but don't throw lumi away. I'm only interested in the show for lumi.

Dena Higley is the current headwriter. I know that I'm in the minority but I actually like Dena better than some of the past writers. I hate the little crumbs that still get thrown out about Sami "caring" for her rapist, but I really think those are just red herrings. The overall movement of the show (excruciatingly slow as it is) is going toward making EJ's evil side increasingly obvious. I see that as the first step towards the fall that EJ so richly deserves. He is a DiMera so I seriously doubt he will go to jail or anything like that but I expect his comeuppance will include losing both Johnny and Sydney when the truth comes out that Lucas is the father of both babies.

James E. Reilly (JER) was headwriter when EJ Wells was first brought onto the show 3 years ago. IMO, JER changed around every storyline and adjusted many different character's behaviors and histories just to prop that one worthless character. When Hogan took over a few months later, he wrote in the rape, then that stupid Santeen storyline, then the even stupider vendetta storyline and finally the unforgivable act of having a rape victim willingly sleep with her rapist. Dena inherited the mess that JER and Hogan created and by comparison, she has been the one to slowly begin the process of separating Sami from EJ. Since Sami's return from WPP, every scene between Sami and EJ, IMO has served as an opportunity for Sami to see how much EJ is turning into Stefano.
