No seriously, Ryan's big flaws are that he is pompous and full of himself. Let's not forget how he broke up with poor Kelly. The Ryan/Kelly pairing was never one of my favorites, but I hope she gets back at him big time now.

Ryan's flaw was 'too much too soon'.

I still maintain that his introduction of online ordering and internet sales was a step in the right direction for Dunder-Mifflin. He just moved too fast with the process.

Agreed. He forced the issue and abused his position of power.
