Some mentioned that they heard a rumor that Claire and Hiro were looking to leave the show. It was mentioned in another topic, but that topic is closed. I know it is a rumor, but has anyone else beside this person heard it, and is there any truth to it.

I haven't heard that but I'll look around and see if I can find anything.

Okay...I looked all around and couldn't find anything mentioning Masi leaving Heroes. In fact, Hiro seems to have a LOT of stuff going on in Volume 3. Yaeko is coming back (don't ask me how the hell that happens), Hiro gets his own new arch-enemy, and Hiro is taking over his dad's company. There will also be some Kaito stuff going on. No spoiler sources that I can find are saying anything about his exit. So, I wouldn't look to see him leaving any time soon. If I hear anything different I'll let you know. Still looking for Hayden stuff.

Well the spoiler topic I posted titled 'A lead character to shoot another lead character' has a Claire spoiler in it. So I assume she'll be around for awhile.

Yeah...plus, I mean...no way she wants to quit while her boyfriend's still on the show. That won't come til they break-up...if that happens....I might start to worry one is leaving.

I think I know how this rumor got started. At the NBC Upfronts in May, when Adrian Pasdar and Christine Rose were being interviewed by Kristin Dos Santos (sp?) from E!, he made a joke about Masi and Hayden not coming back. Masi had just given a bit of a scoop to Kristin about Nathan being shot, and she was trying to get more info out of Adrian, so he joked and said that Masi isn't coming back to the show, which is why Masi gave out that spoiler.

He went on to say that Hayden wasn't coming back either (because she wasn't able to make the Upfronts, since she was filming a movie on location), and that he (Adrian), is going to be the new cheerleader this season, and get to wear the cheerleading skirt. It was all just a joke. The interview was actually pretty funny.

If you go to Eonline, to the section for Watch with Kristin, you should still be able to view the clip. I'd post the link for you, but my computer has been acting kind of weird on me today.

Thanks for the replies and the research. I didn't think it was, but you never really know. I remembered that interview while I was reading your reply, very funny interview. Besides, aren't they focusing a lot on the Bennett's and Petrelli's this year. The Petrelli's have a lot to work with, but the Bennett's only have HRG and Claire.

As for Hiro's sister...I have no idea. Maybe she'll make an appearance too. The spoiler just said Kaito was leaving Hiro the company.

She wasn't running the company. She was given VP or something like that within the company.

Kaito gave her the position he was going to give Hiro, and she would do a better job... >_>

Yes, and she does NOT have a power (Yaeko). That's another proof that the Hero gene doesn't show up in every child with one or more Hero parents.

I hope we learn what Kaito's power was at some point! He was a member of the 12 and I thought would be very powerful, yet he just lets Adam push him off the building and kill him...

Actually it seems like Claire is the one who's dying in the first episode, but of course they're bringing her back, I don't see her leaving the show anytime soon or ever. Oh, and Hayden has also cut her hair short - she's been wearing a wig and IMO it does not look very natural (check the recent spoilery pics of Sylar, HRG and Claire - its very easy to tell) but anyway it looks better than the new hair. No offense, I think she's pretty and all but she can't pull that off.
