Unbelievably, I'm a youngling, and I don't buy a cd player unless it has a cassette player and/or a LP player on it. I have quite the collection. I'm kind of curious to hear that tape...

haha! yeah i was surprised to hear conan say he threw away his tape in '88 even though he's probably kidding coz I still use 'em to record and stuff. ;p I want to hear La Bamba have sexy time with that trombone too! i didn't hear what that record was of. Was it of the same band he was in?

I think the tape was of him and his band, La Bamba and the Hubcaps, but I'm not postitve.

I'm interested in listening to this tape as well... they should play part of it on the show or something, maybe feature it online.
