So I am listening to my iPod on song shuffle and everytime I hear "Stay With You" by the GooGoo Dolls, I always think of STAYLA, especially in their early DAYS and how they were so THERE for each other even before they were officially together.

I miss that kind of romance on DAYS. It also reminds me why STAYLA is my favorite couple on TV. I know they've got a lot going now with what has happened with Ava and Baby Joe, but I really can't wait to see some really close and intimate scenes with STAYLA again.

Mary Beth and Stephen are just amazing. I had to come in here and show some love for STAYLA.

If I had video making skills I would so use this song for a montage.

I wish also that DAYS would release a DVD entitled "Steve and Kayla" and show us how they first got together and all that they went through. Lots of old scenes up to today. I would buy it!

I agree. I miss the real connected feeling that they were giving us last fall and winter, although I think MBE and SN are amazing actors to be able to turn that off and portray the current distance and discomfort.

I miss the Steve/Kayla romance too! I'm hoping that after things calm down a little bit, that S&K finally get some romantic scenes. They deserve it after all that they've been through in the last few months.

I love S & K too and I also miss their connection and intimacy that is such a natural think for them. We had a fallout -- because the actors asked for it -- not that the writers thought they deserved one and now they hardly touch each other. What is this writer trying to do to them. Their love for each other always jumped out at you they didn`t have to say a word one could see it through their touch -- they were so badly written during this Ava crap. Now that she is gone lets get our couple back -- address their problems and lets have a proper reunion.

As great as their early story was, we can't live on memories. I want to see more of Steve and Kayla NOW. I want to see Kayla working as a doctor, Steve working as a PI, and them working together and facing the struggles of being working parents of an infant who should still be susceptible to problems related to being premature.

Steve and Kayla are a beautiful, loving couple. I want to see a long time couple still in love, romantic, and intimate.

My last post was Aug. 8 -- I was hoping for more airtime for Steve & Kayla. Guess what I`m asking for the same thing its now Sept. 14. So, there has little or no airtime for them yet. What are these people doing. The show is not very good and the ratings show it. Please give Steve & Kayla a decent story.

I miss Steve and Kayla. I know that we can't go back to what was, but we definitely can move forward. Since this thread is about song, I so wish that we have the wrapup songs that we used to have that involved many different characters and storylines. I wish they would play Steve and Kayla's song occassionaly too.

The song "Seduces Me" by Celine Dion always makes me think of Steve and Kayla and the passion that they can portray onscreen. I would love for them to have a great, front burner storyline.
