Some things that happen on Days often that we can always expect to see again.

Add things. Some of these can be for fun, be serious, or whatever.

Ill start.

1.Twins. There have been many: Sam and Marlena, Eric and Sami, Allie and Johnny, Rex and Cassie.

2. Someone of Marlena's blood to have the twins. Marlena was a twin, she had twins, and one of those twins had twins! And even though they werent biologically hers, she had Rex and Cassie too. So it's kind of inevitable as well!

3. Someone will be kidnapped. As in all soaps pretty much, kidnapping is inevitable.

4. Someone's memory will be erased. It's gonna happen again and you know it!

5. Everybody will die at one time or another and return from the dead or wind up on an island alive and well.

6. Inbreeding

7. Someone in a coma.

8. A plane crash.(There have been 4 that I know of.)

9. Someone becomes pregnant after having an affair(or "tryst" in the soap world) and paternity is unknown.

10. Random person shows up and turns out to be a Salem bastard. (Haha, twice is enough to be a pattern for me. )

11. Someone's parentage will mysteriously change.

Come on guys, I know you have some!

12. Someone gets shot.

13. A person in a coma will have internal dialogue.

14. once a couple is finally together...something happens to break them apart

15. they're going to "run some more tests!" at the hospital. Standard procedure I know LOL

16. repetative dialogue..wait..we already have it!

Incestuous relationships, or at least more near misses.

Lots of family sharing in the bedroom (family members passing lovers back and forth)

Women doing whatever is necessary to string two men along. Sami-Lucas and EJ. Belle- Shawn D and Philip.

An overabundance of young women being totally dependent on their men.

Characters being unemployed for long periods of time, but never seeming to go without anything.

Character destruction for the sake of promoting yet another endless triangle.

These are the first that come to mind.

Someone needs blood and has a rare blood type.

Raunchy sex only relationships.

People suddenly having skilled jobs without going to school for it.

Stefano dies and comes back to life - AGAIN!

Kate sleeps with someones man

Test results get switched

The cops catch a bad guy - NOT!

Good ones everyone.

Since I cant read anything else, since I havent seen the episode, I thought of a good one.

31. Someone will be mistaken to be or will pretend to be someone else.(I dont think you need examples, but here we go anyway: "Roman"(John Black) as Roman, Andre as Tony, Susan Banks as a pregnant Kristen, the five Marlena clones(haha), Tommy Horton as Dr. Mark Brooks, Hope as Gina, and Im sure many more).

32. A sex scene with water involved.(This one kind of explains itself. I can think of at least 4.)

Someone will manipulate someone else into sleeping with them

two women pregnant at the same time! haha

baby swapping.

Someone's child will be sorased and paired with Stephanie, Chelsea, Nick, or Max.

ok this is a good one...people getting jobs with absolutely no training or degree whatsoever.

38. A member of the Salem PD will have to arrest a family member.


I thought of another one, but I cant remember it.

You can add one more plane crash to that list, lol. And with that same clip on Youtube, I thought of another one that is kind of already here, but isnt.

39. Multiple citizens of Salem will be trapped on an island.(I can think of at least 4 times. Salem Stalker, the Roman cure thing, March 2000, and February 2008)

your mother and grandmother has sex with your boyfriend, know that you are interested in them.

your mother keeps setting up the love of your life to look bad.

some is use mine control , to make you do something

your alone with your ex and you hop into bed with him.- Belle , Marlena, Chloe, Sami

If there a new guy come on the show Kate will sleep with him before he leaves.

Can't believe I didnt think of this one with all the other amnesia stuff.

45. Hypnosis will be used to help someone remember something.

46. A struggle over a gun will result in someone getting shot.

47. A couple will have sex in a "hot spring".

(This was covered by the "love scene involving water" one, but I can think of 4 of these such instances. And it always looks the same.)

48. If you are a heroine and live in Salem there is a good chance you will be raped.
Kimbery, Kayala, Adrienne, Billy, Stephanie, and Sami (twice!)

49. Women with a 'secret' past as a hooker, porno queen, or stripper - Kate, Kimberly, Billy, Nicole.

50. Husbands or wives who come back from the dead to screw up a wedding - Anna back to mess up Roman and Marlena, and Roman back to mess up John and Marlena. Or Alex North back to mess with Marlena, John and Roman!

Made it to 50 LOL!

And 2 happened in February!

People who actually have a job in Salem will never actually go to work.

Doctors at University Hospital will specialize in everything from neurosurgery to in vitro fertilization...going from one to another without missing a beat.

The show just started and I had to add this...

Female patients at death's door in Salem will always be perfectly made up with every hair in place. They will not even look as if they have so much as a head cold.

person going in for treatment of one thing and end up sick with something else.

Im sure if this were up to date, those numbers would be much larger.

Im making a montage about the residents of Salem going to jail right now actully. But I assure you it wont include all 41 or probably closer to 100 now.


That's pretty much inevitable.

And this one..
54. A sick character will need some sort of organ/tissue donation and someone they dont get along with will be a match. (ie John and Stefano/Chloe and Kate).

Some poor female will become claustrophobic in an enclosed space and only a makeout session will help her get through it. (Carrie and Austin in a stuck elevator, Chloe and Lucas in a stuck elevator.)

Hmmmmmm...who could be next?

i'm sure we will see another death row storyline..

and more people running around the hospitals on cell phones and stealing stuff from the computers and blackmailing doctors and stuff..

we will have at least a few more murders.. and probably another island storyline!

probably another kid storyline where a kid gets kidnapped or something..

probably another round of Incest with Stephanie and Max or Max and Chelsea

stefano dying and coming back probably a few more times..

Kids will get SORASed so they can knock up two women at the same time. I would almost guarantee Theo, Ciara and Ali would be involved in this, if the show lasted long enough.

What do you mean? Eighteen months is plenty of time to SORAS these kids to be adults...

Oh yeah, less than one year for every month would be enough, and they could definately do that.

oh more brain washing.. we still have Steve..

I actually covered "sex scenes involving water" earlier. Since we have had numerous occasions of both shower and "hot springs" sex.

probably more weddings and renews vows and still no Tanna wedding!

Oh oh.. how could I forget.. a few more food fights between Sami vs Chloe.. or anyone for that matter..

Between all the cancelled weddings the divorces, I'm suprised anyone in Salem is married.

70. Someone will disguise theirself as someone else.

71. Crossdressing

These are all in the same vein.

72. Drama at a baptism. (Belle's=baby daddy drama, Zach's=poison)

73. Drama at a wedding. (Do I really need to explain?)

74. Drama at a public event in general. (Coronation=shooting, burning of the Christmas tree, fights, etc.)

Let's not forget:

75. Truces that may or may not last. More than likely not.

76. A very serious malady with a very short hospital stay.
