I have exactly the same problem on my Mac OSX MacBook Pro 10.5.4 running Safari 3.1.2.

It works on my PC, though. There's something about Flash that's incompatible with some browsers.

I note that I can watch little preview shows, though. Dunno what's the difference.

you guys are lucky to watch videos on NBC.com. Here in Canada everytime we play a video it says not available in our location.

I am having the same problem... and it is very aggravating. I am trying to watch The Office, but I have not been able to watch any of the shows. I have the latest version of flash, the latest version of Explorer, and Firefox. What is the problem... I hope someone can tell us what to do. I think the problem is with the NBC website. I had numerous problems with the NBC tv show viewing software last fall season... It was very inconsistent when it would work.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Moving this to tech support so it can get the attention it deserves.

Everyone should update the version of flash player that they have (you can usually right click on a flash movie to get into it's settings). For some reason these type of streaming movies are broken pretty often by the fast pace that streaming protocols evolve. Also the Mac users on here should go to their "Utilities" folder inside their "Applications" folder. Open the application called "Disk Utility". When that is open, select your hard drive from the window on the left. After selecting it, go to the bottom button that says "Repair Permissions". This will usually solve a lot of problems you might have. Note: for Leopard users (10.5) this will take a good bit longer than it does on Tiger (10.4). This has to do with a major change between the two versions of the OS. It is not broken. It will look like it's not working, but just let it run until it's finished. Hopefully this will help a few of you on here that are having problems.
