I installed the beta but now I want to uninstall it but everytime I try to I get this:



How do I fix this? Can anyone help me?

It looks like you're running into an issue with the DRM (Digital Rights Management) on the player. My guess is that it didn't fully uninstall the first time.

Here's the fix!!!

Use the Microsoft uninstall clean up tool, which is a very small and simple application. When you run it, it shows a list of software windows says is installed. Look up NBC Direct and select it. Finally, click on the remove button.
