I just got into this thing...downloading videos to my hard drive. I've looked through this site for this subject but have yet found the answer. How do I download Knight Rider to my hard drive to watch it later. Any help or links ???

Dont feel like the lone ranger here, this site sucks. I have written teck support twice now and they dont bother to get back to you.
I have down loaded the beta program a number of times now and cant get the darn thing to work at all. all i get is a black screen, so dont hold your breath waiting for these a-holes.
i guess we should go to abc and watch there stuff, lol

I am also having difficulty with this site, I've troubleshooted for an hour and a half now just to watch the Office. The player doesn't even download for me, no options come up for that. I also have trouble of being logged out of the bulletin board/site and having to login twice, since they want a user name, and then they want the email. I try to download the episode and it just asks if I can see some flash animation which I finally did see on the chrome browser. But still there is no single link, nor does it continue anywhere for me to actually download anything. And then when I just try the play episode now option it gives me the logo, waiting for advertisement, then nothing, I tried this on three different browsers. When is this problem going to be resolved?
