Deputy, you can blame the show. This is not "live". This show is edited and produced and they know exactly what they are showing viewers. This is all pre-thought. They probably didn't expect the reaction they got from the fans. Like others, I never posted here before, but I felt I needed my voice to be heard, though the powers that be probably won't pay attention. I won't be back next week. I honestly don't care who wins at this point. The enjoyment is gone.

I have to say as I watch this season go by I am increasingly struck by the out pour of negativity on the show. I am simply appalled and deeply sickened by both the brown and the orange team. To watch the first compromise of Ed's integrity when he sent the gray team home to the full scale attack on the red team. This is more than just "game play" this is a straight up over flow of anger and negativity. To watch a show that normally inspires a nation break down to the point of having childish and petty contestants- I am frankly sickened.
I watch this show to be inspired. To watch previously lazy people push their limits to become something better than themselves. Frankly, I am NOT inspired by these horrid people pulling straight out of high school cliquish antics with one another. I understand alliances and game play. I understand some people are there for the money. But it seems these people have no respect for the fact that they have the ability to inspire a nation. This is a moment that you have the absolute ability to step up to the plate and inspire people to walk more, eat less, and over come an obesity epidemic. Frankly, no other show can claim such positive effects. But this season I am severely disappointed in the entire blue teams attitude and negativity. Even in challenges they are like "okay well its not immunity so bump it." Frankly, no matter how much weight you lose you have failed your trainer with an attitude like that. These trainers bust their booties to affect attitude change - to make these physical changes mental so they maybe lasting health changes for these contestants. In in doing so show viewers tun in not only for game play and drama but to learn how they may do it for themselves. These contestants are failing not only themselves but the thousands of viewers that look to them for inspiration and guidance with their negativity and greedy attitudes. Sorry orange and brown teams but you went beyond simple game play with you hostility and negativity and honestly, it doesn't even make good TV!
I realize these words will not change the show. No one may ever read them - But, I felt compelled to share this opinion. I realize that some may say "its just a TV show" but really its not!! Look to the viewer galleries. See the many people who have been inspired by the lifestyle changes these people undergo. Ali's "can do" attitude has radiated among many. I was happy about what Phil said in his comments today about small people and the ability to inspire because at least he gets it... and he was under full force attack. Not surprisingly the best attitude on the show... also the BL of all the sent home contestant's although he is not actually on the ranch.

I love the biggest loser show and have watched every season. But this season has pretty much disgusted me due to the hateful attitudes of 3 of the contestants (Heba, Vicky and Brady). Those three are more concerned with their little alliance than with what this whole show is about...losing weight! I wish the viewers were able to vote who they thought should not be the biggest loser. Maybe NBC will re-evaluate the show and make some changes b/c if they keep having seasons like this one I probably won't continue watching the show. Anway I hope karma comes back and none of them win the challenge b/c none of them deserve it.

Why are you allowing the emotional abuse? I am so sick of Vicky and Heba -- I am resigning watching the show until the finale. I don't understand why someone isn't stepping in to stop the meanness -- you talk about how people gain weight because of emotional abuse -- yet you continue to allow it each week.
Either stop Vicky and Heba from being abusive -- or lose some Biggest Fans.
Thanks for listening.

I just joined so I can reply... I can't stand this season either. I hope these contestants read these. Heba, Vicky, Brady, and not ED need to go. They do not deserve to be there... they are not worthy. I hope the other 4 see what is going on and gets rid of them. This week will be the only chance, the others will have the numbers and an alliance. If they don't go, I'm gone.

in looking through the responses to tonight's episode, i was relieved to read so many responses to the pettiness of this competition. i could not believe what a nasty competitor vicky is, simply pathetic. when i feel started watching this show, i loved how the contestants boosted one another's self-esteem and encouraged each other every step of the way. however, as the season's have continued i have become more and more disappointed. yes this show is reality, based around a game. unlike other reality shows, i do not feel the end prize money is worth as much as these contestants get out of the experience. this seems like the only season that is so focused around winning the monetary prize. not bettering themselves as parents, kids, spouse, etc. the focus is so far from what the point of the show is. i LOVE bob & jillian but feel like in the past they have re-focused contestants on the "overall" point of why they are on the show- TO BECOME HEALTHY!!! if they still are encouraging this- NBC is not doing a very good job showing this to viewers, which is sad.
i truly hope that NBC will seriously consider the format of this show as well as how they are picking the contestants (not drama queens!). the appeal of this show from the beginning was everyday people making extraordinary changes. everyone has stupid drama that surrounds them every day- who wants to see again for an hour on tv? not me!!!
NBC... please, please, please re-think your decisions before next season.

I wonder how Vivki, Brady, Heba, and Ed feel watching it. And I wonder if their families are really that proud of them regardless of weightloss. If any of my family members of friends were behaving this way I would be ashamed of them. No matter what they accomplished in the meantime.

Then when it was up again for a different challenge they said "it wasn't worth it" - HUH? I was glad that Bob scolded them for that, that they should TRY at each challenge. Dummies.
I was really mad at that, too. How dare they insult the prizes that everyone else would love to win! They are here to do their best and all they do is b*tch about how the prize isn't good enough.

NBC needs to come up with a plan for how to avoid this and fast because they're going to be losing me as a viewer.
I don't think Bob meant it in a bad way. I think he knew it would throw them off their game, but at the same time, Bob's team is blue and he needs to train them, but why can't someone stand up and say these people are just plain evil and shouldn't be allowed to do that? Phillip is getting the raw deal, he is right he is there just like everyone and deserves a shot. It is a shame that grown people on the blue team can be so hateful and devious. Just like others here I joined ONLY to say how much these people are annoying me. Even more than that, I'm frustrated that the producers are spending so much time on this conflict and these ugly personalities instead of on showing these people work their asses off, which is why I enjoy the show and have felt inspired by it in past seasons. It can be such a good show with such a positive message (usually I work out while I watch, so I know I'll always get in a good sweat on Tuesday nights!), but this season is just negative. I'm even willing to forgive the mini-commercials during the show if it would just show people EXERCISING!

Phil, Shellay, and Amy were voted off because they off Heba's split of the teams. They were either put on a new team or left without their family members. Phil's "team" were all on a team before and had formed a bond. Heba did this on purpose. It was good game playing on her part. If she just had an issue with Phil, then why didn't she just move him and Amy to the other team and keep Shellay and her daughter together? She broke them up on purpose. ...And it proved to be effective. It is possible that Vicki is pulling Heba's strings but I am not so sure.

I am done with this season. I have watched the Biggest Loser faithfully since Season 2. But like so many others, I watched it because I felt like it was one of the only truly inspirational shows on television. I felt like it had not gone the way of other so called reality shows. The Biggest Loser could always make you feel good about what people were accomplishing and how they were changing their lives. I do not like what is being portrayed this season. I won't be watching anymore. I can't figure it out. I don't know if NBC thinks that they need to add some crazy drama and their ratings will go up? From what has been posted on here tonight, it doesn't sound like that's the case.
