HERE COMES THE OLD MAID—Kath (Molly Shannon) cannot wait to start planning her big wedding to Phil (John Michael Higgins), but her insecurities kick in after Kim (Selma Blair) comments that maybe her mother is too old to be getting married and having an extravagant event. Kath starts to believe that Kim is right and is later convinced when she catches Phil with a younger woman. Meanwhile, Kim has a suspicion that her estranged husband, Craig (Mikey Day), is having an affair. In order to learn the truth, she enlists a little help from her second best friend, Angel (guest star Justina Machado, “Six Feet Under”).

Well I thought tonights episode was much better then last weeks. Still have hope this show will find its rhythm.

Looks like summer before it'll be shown here in Australia, it seems they're going to be screening it during the off-ratings period! The plot sounds pretty similar to the Australian episode of the same name, also in Series 1.

Better than last week, agreed. I like the fact that they introduced new characters, hope that some will stay on the series.
