You know as a business woman I am really surprised that the NBC network is cancelling some of its most watched shows. Las Vegas was one of NBC's top raters , especially for Friday Night viewing. I mean what is there to watch. I have over 356 channels and NBC has lost all perspective on what the American people want. We are tired of reality. We are tired of cheesy camp comedy that offers no substance. The WB is beating out your Thursday night with Supernatural and Smallville, HBO is beating you out on Sundays with True Blood and Enterouge,Tuesdays its Fringe, you have managed to take the top grossing shows and trash them.

I understand that GE had to make cuts in their budget due to the writers strike, and the economy. I suspect that Las Vegas cost a pretty penny to produce; all those extras, large names w/large contract prices; over the wall expenditures. So lets get rid of all the big production looking series. We can get by with the Studios In the GE building in New York. If you notice almost all the shows are contained on sets. They are taking a few new leaps with Knight Rider and My Own Worst Enemy. Lord help them they cant afford to shoot outdoor scenes . Did you loose your contracts to show the Vegas strip on tv.

I am very proud of all of you for Boycotting NBC during the season premires. Apparently it worked cause they are cutting a lot of shows. You know as a business decision that would turn a profit is I would vote and use something that has worked for you and cut all these stupid 30 minute shows which if you take the commercials out equal 15 minutes. You have the following but since you kept taking away the 20-50 age shows we are smart. If you screw us once shame on you, but do it again shame on me. So we dont trust you anymore NBC and GE. You are going the way of the SUV. Whats next are you going to start selling us refurbished appliances as new and lie about it. Are you going to use inferior products? Maybe the consumer watch committees need to keep a close eye on you, maybe all of us watchers should raise our voice and say we are being sold a lemon and say we are not satisfied customers.

I pay 142.00 a month for cable and internet; for that I better be getting what I want to watch. Well I'm not and its causing me extreme mental pain and anguish. Seems like some legal loopholes someone might find one day to shake up the Network. I still urge everyone to Boycott NBC, dont buy any NBC merchandise, send letters, emails, phone calls, if you live in NY or Burbank and have businesses near the studios post signs in you windows Boycotting NBC, Post signs in your car windows. We want quality not quanity crap that you are trying to shove down our throats.

I AGREE 100% WITH THE BUSINESS WOMAN. LAS VEGAS AND MEDIUM ARE THE ONLY SHOWS I WATCH ON NBC. REALTY SHOW BORE ME, SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE WHO WATCH THEM.

I totaly agree. Las Vegas is the best stuff on TV. I didnt miss one episode from than when i discovered it. So why do always bad things happen to good series ????

I love watching Las Vegas and I am so disappointed to hear it has been cancelled in the middle of the something as exciting like weddings and baby, what kind of idiot are you to leave the fans hanging like that what is with the networks to day just ending tv shows like that. I really want Las Vegas to come back.

I watch plenty of television, but lately I have found myself watching other networks besides NBC, due to the cancellations of Scrubs and Las Vegas. Las Vegas was and still is my favorite show, it was a very stupid decision to cancel Las Vegas. I really don't like to use an ugly word like stupid but it is the best word to describe NBC. NBC should at least try to explain the reason for the cancellation. We as viewers deserve the right to some closure.

I am not surprised to see so many people wanting to bring back the show. In fact, if the sign up process wasn't so tedious, I bet we'd get a few more hundred comments, easily! :-)

It's hard to imagine a show like Las Vegas - with a seemingly endless loyal fan base - will stay off the air forever. Keep up the kind words, and who knows? Maybe you will get lucky at the Montecito...maybe even on the big screen.

Why can't we start a petition like some of the other boards that are bombarding NBC for cancelling the shows LIFE and MEDIUM... Las Vegas really surprised me. I really liked when they brought Tom Selleck on, because it gave it a whole new feeling and it was really catching on with out James Caan. I really thought when he left the show would go downhill, but to my surprise I Loved it even more.

IF I knew how to start a petition and how to get it to NBC like the other boards are doing I would, but I have no idea. They have over 5,000 signatures for the show LIFE which was just cancelled recently in the lastest notices of the fall lineup.

Does anyone here know how to get a petition to NBC and get a link on this board for people to click on and sign and tell everyone they know to sign it? Friday Night lights was cancelled too, but they brought it back because of people wanting it. AS a matter of fact at this point I'm not going to be watching NBC... The other board for the show LIFE are sending petitions to USA network asking them to pick up LIFE, I watch USA on the nights that they have their original programming because it's better than anything on NBC or even some of the other networks that are cancelling some great shows. Some don't even get a chance to shine before they dump them. It's a shame really. To be honest I don't even want to start watching a new show that I MIGHT like because they cancel them after you invest your time and get attached to the show. I'm tired of seeing what is being cancelled and the JUNK they are putting on in it's place.

Cartoons ...... on primetime renewed over and over and new ones coming on..... I'm sorry, but don't insult my intelligence anymore. I'm done. I'll watch other networks that actually attract adult viewers that like mystery mixed with humor, drama, surprises and excitement. I can do without the cartoon characters that seem to be so popular.... I have no idea why.... just my opinion.

So let's try to bring back Las Vegas... IT was a great show and again we are left hanging with no closure. I don't want just a final episode to tie up lose ends I want the whole enchilada back with all the original cast (including Tom Selleck) as the new owner of the Montecito.

Bring on the petitions if anyone knows how to do that. I'll be happy to sign and tell all my friends to do the same.

As another person said before, if I have to pay to watch cable tv then by God let me have some good programming to actually watch, and Las Vegas is one of them, along with LIFE, MEDIUM and others that they have let go in the past. I am a huge fan and I am shocked and upset, that they cancelled this show. Granted James Caan was definitely better than Tom Selleck, but, still....NBC, doesn't seem to know when to enjoy their lineup. I have signed a petition to help bring this jewel of a show, but, I'm not holding my breath....I really hope that TNT gets the show rebroadcast, seeing as how they have a Montecito in Hawaii, they could have a new crew and then maybe bring in cameos of the old crew....Keeping my fingers crossed!!!

This is the best series ever. I watched all 5 season for 4 days. Then for a second time. I just hate it that it ended, I can´t believe it that NBC cancelled it. The whole story with, the action, anger, surprise, drama, friendships and love was so nice. The atmosphere in the Montecito was incredible, thanks to the cast (you are the best).I just fell in love with the show. That was the best thing I ever saw on TV. I wish it never ended. If I could ,I would donate $1,000,000 so that it can come back. Please please please NBC bring it back. You are not going to be sorry.

I actually don't even watch NBC no more, they've removed all their decent TV series from their network. Only thing I watch on occasion is Law and Order: SVU, it's a shame they have destroyed their network by cancelling anything decent (e.g. Boomtown, Las Vegas, Medium, etc.) the list goes on.

I totally agree with everyone, I never watch TV because everything is awful; however, ever since I watched las vegas on tnt i fell in love with that show and this almost never happens... The last show that i really liked, besides the office, was the O.C. ever since then i have not found a show that i get excited when it is on until i found las Vegas.... So please someone at NBC studios bring las Vegas back!!!! Please!

I completely agree. NBC needs to bring back this amazing show. I guess its cancellation is a blessing in disguise because I didn't know about it until the re-airs on TNT. However, I am now completely hooked on it and cannot get enough. I'd have to imagine this show has gained scores of fans through its re-airs. BRING IT BACK NBC!
