First Off Happy Thanksgiving All!
If you could be a guest star on Chuck:
1) Who would you be?
2) Who would you be interacting with?
3) How do you fit into the story?
I'll start. I think I'd be an international secret agent, we'll say MI6. I was formerly of British Intelligence when my family was killed as colleratoral damage during a terrorist bombing in the UK. I joined MI6 to seek justice for those responsible. I'd manage to track the group responsible and learned of a new target in Los Angeles.
I immediately requested permission to go to the US and bring back those responsible. The British government contacted the US State Department who declined MI6's help, stating it was an internal US security matter. Upon learning of this, I still asked for clearance to go, stating I'd do it myself. I was denied so I went off the grid and traveled to the US.
Casey, Chuck and Sarah were alerted of the perceived threat but NSA/CIA/State Department didn't have any solid leads as of yet so the Trio was just asked to remain virgulent for suspicious activity. Once stateside, I started my covert survelliance to try and find the terrorist cell. Chuck and Sarah are out on a cover date. They see me chasing down some guy down the street. Chuck looks over and flashes on the guy I'm chasing, a known terrorist.
Chuck tells Sarah and the two of you follow. We are in a downtown location and the guy I'm chasing manages to run into a busy crowd and we lose him. Chuck and Sarah stay back and follow me at a distance and notice the car I get into. Sarah gets the plate number and runs the plate. It's a rental registered to a known alias of British MI6. The episode is a race between my myself and Casey/Chuck/Sarah to find and bring down the bad guys first. Casey and Sarah have been instructed to bring me in.

Well... I'd play Chuck's new love interest

That doesn't end with me being fulcrum or a baddie.
However, I think I'm probably only old enough to work at the Buy More, or something of the minimum wage status...

Unless I'm a prodigy... or very precocious... *get's lost in some imaginary, convoluted scenario created out of too much free time and a rabid imagination*
I'd still be infatuated with Chuck, though

chuck v. the rabid ferret rescue
Mr. truthseekr would be Burbank Animal Control called in to handle Jeff's ferret after he "sampled" some magic brownies in the breakroom that Bunny the sales clerk left in the mystery crisper. Upon ingesting these delights, the ferret (played duly by Kodo and Podo of the Beastmaster movie) went off the reservation and started what could only be described as a Caddyshack inspired "Pineapple" moment of truth. . .
Roscoe the ferret is cunning and able to work his way into the castle and the mayhem continues. Casey, following the crazed polecat, aims to kill but instead shoots up all the electronics in castle resulting in a mass electrical storm that triggers DefCon 2. Meanwhile, while in the Orange Orange while Sarah is scooping a lime sherbet for Ellie. Sarah hears the commotion and opens the freezer door. Roscoe (or should we call him Stripe the Gremlin by this point) lunges toward Sarah. Sarah out of instinct grabs one of her dart knives and pins Roscoe to the wall. Ellie grabs her mace and sprays the furry bastard.
Truthseekr will be called in for corporate compliance / clean up after much litigation has ensued over occupational exposure to ferret musk at the Buy More. Awesome, who provided Emergency Medicine on site will testify as an expert. With one wave of truthseekr's magic briefcase and persuasive abilities, Chuck and the rest of Buymoria would never have to work again.

MrTee --> Nice topic start!
To get the most bang for the buck, I would be Casey's illegitimate hippy-peace loving son who has his eyes set on Anna and of course is goo-goo-eyed for Sarah. That way I can play both sides of the fence with Buy More and Spy stories. Not to mention a "re-occurring" character hehe.

I would have to be one of Awsome's brothers.
Doctor, big house, beautiful wife (as only an Awsome could have) and a cat named Anna with a couple of purple stripes in her fur.
Awsome's brother could invite the gang over for the weekend. Is the Herder big enough to hide someone in the trunk?
Happy Thanksgiving.
I'll be one of those poor slobs working so everyone else can enjoy the Holiday. Cheers Casey.

I have to agree with you, Ashley. Chucks new love interest just to throw a wrench into the Chara story line

I, of course wouldnt be a bad guy or Fulcrum either, but I wouldnt have anything to do with bad people either, so nothing like the Lou situation would happen.

Ok...
Down in the Castle Sarah spots a suspicious looking bogey in Buymore. Casey is alerted, springs into action and takes the spy down. As Casey pulls the groggy spy to his feet Chuck flashes. Casey asks "Well?" Chuck turns to Casey and gives him a smirk/smile saying "that's the assistant manager from Largemart down the street. He was poaching our prices."
Then I get one more scene as Casey throws me out the front door.

I'd be a CIA psychiatrist ordered to evaluate agents Walker and Carmichael prior to them being assigned a long term mission where they will have to cohabitate as a married couple.
The episode would basically be a continuous intercut of the individual interview sessions between myself and each agent, with flashbacks to events from previous episodes that underscore the depictions each agent is providing. Some would be funny, some rife with danger. Some would be touching or romantic.
After each flashback I would ask some measured questions about what precipitated their actions and how they felt about them. I'd challenge their viewpoints and let the resulting rationalizations stand lonely and unsupported. I'd fail to rescue the awkward silences and let the looks away run their full course.
Often, rapid cuts between each interview will mirror each other, with the agents' choice of noteworthy events being the same yet each coming to different conclusions about their meaning. As each of them tell their stories the narratives will wind through each other like entwined tree branches, sometimes running along eye-to-eye and then suddenly divergent and at odds.
As each interview builds to its conclusion, I'd push the agents out of their comfort zones and they would confront some repressed emotions. For their situations. For the other people in their lives. For each other. I'd take notes carefully and methodically, delivering gentle prompts and thoughtful expressions.
Afterwards, each agent would leave my office, certain that their revelations have doomed not only their participation in the pending mission but perhaps even their continuation as handler/asset.
In the final scene, a briefing with General Beckman, Chuck and Sarah would be morose, their smiles forced and brief. As the general begins to speak they'd steal surreptitious glances at each other, unable to communicate their feeling of failure and imminent doom. Before they catch each other looking, though, Beckman would start reading the evaluation's summary page. They'd brace themselves, ready for the worst.
But the words they're expecting aren't the ones they hear. With growing puzzlement, they'd tune into what Beckman was saying, which ends in "...and therefore with no anomalous or contravening indications their pairing for this assignment is approved." Even Casey notices when both of their mouths drop open at the same time.
Back in my office, the secretary calls to announce my next patient, a first visit. I tell her to send them in, as I take a final look at the Walker/Carmichael file. I re-read my findings. Under normal circumstances they'd *never* be paired together - clearly they're strongly involved with each other and it's pretty obvious they're headed for a crisis. But, then I laugh silently. It's too good of an opportunity to pass up... for Fulcrum to infiltrate the pair. We know they're weaknesses now. We know how to best compromise them. I close the file and place it in my briefcase.
The new patient walks into the office confidently and with a winning smile, a practiced, seductive smile. An "I'm someone you want to know" smile. But I've seen it before and I accept it without effect. I move towards him to shake his hand while scanning the first page for the agent's name. I find it, and before I can stop the reaction I flick my eyes upward at the agent's face, betraying my surprise.
His smile fades only slightly, but his eyes have narrowed to a look of recognition and scrutiny. My eyes drift down and I see a silenced pistol pointing at my chest.
"Hello Dr.. Friedman? It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Bryce Larkin."

What a great idea!!! Wow!! Not that I can entirely see Chuck or Sarah ever revealing how they actually feel to someone who decides upon their future, but it would be in a while, right? Great idea though!!
I would be one of those classic characters that comes in for just one or two episodes, and points out a lot of things that are obvious to an outsider, but that specifically or just because, haven't been thought about by the regular characters. I'd be Chuck and Ellie's younger teenage cousin (I'd never be able to pull off playing an adult!) Who's on summer break from high school, and has been sent up by her parents to spend a couple of good days as quality time with her older, mature cousins who she hasn't seen in a while, and to assisst Ellie in wedding arrangements, but she wouldn't be bossy, just there to help out and do some work experience at the hospital that Ellie and Awesome work at.
She'd be talking to all the characters, I'm envisioning some fun scenes with Casey, and heart to heart talks with Chuck, Sarah and Morgan, (individually) as well as some fun scenes! And because I wouldn't live with them, I'd pick up on some of the things that the other characters don't - my purpose probably being to help the show progress. Couldn't give a storyline, but you get the gist.
Well, that's my ideal role, but I think that maybe the role would work in some other shows, but I'm not too sure about Chuck, because Chuck's a different kind of TV show... ah well, it would be fun if it could happen!

I think you have a much better storyline if Casey's little brother shows up... and he's JUST LIKE CHUCK! A nerd!

Yeah, he would be 4, if he came from Ilsa though lol. But I only ever imagined Casey being very proffessional, so it's very hard for me to imagine him having a friend (until Chuck), let alone a child! Though it would be seriously funny if that was the case - that he was a nerd! He and Chuck could have some good geek talk there, sorry, nerd. hehe.. ninja!

i'd be the high school friend of chuck and morgan, sort of queen bee of the nerds. you know, the one who was always strictly friends with the guys but never went out with them, had a huge crush on chuck but never spoke up?
because they can't always be at the buy more, i'd run into them at comic-con or something. it get the two of them gabbing about the nerdy high school things we all did together. just seeing chuck and morgan go into random thought land about their most awkward years would be pretty comical - hearing them out-do one another on a geek scale. the visual flash backs could be pretty funny and tie in somehow to a new flash for chuck and a new mission.
casey would be seen standing nearby and then have a flash back, doing the exact same things chuck and morgan did in school. more insight into casey, like he was an uber-nerd that snapped one day and became the butt kicking mad man he is today.

How about being Director Graham's young replacement who, because of his young age is in over his head in that position, tries to hard to shake things up by sending our team on very risky missions to try to take down Fulcrum. The missions end in total failure leading the new director to become depressed from his failures and being severely reprimanded for slipping up so bad. This eventually leads him to join the dark side (Fulcrum). Maybe the character could become a regular villain?
