Hey, i was just sitting back and wondering what storylines, i'd think would be interesting as a viewer. I know we've seen other posts with detailed dialogue which are very good, but i'm referring to just some ideas. I'll leave a few of what i thought and even play casting directors, listing some potential actors/actresses to cover the roles. Please add, suggest, reply as you would like! Who knows maybe someone will check this post and implement some...
1. Victor and Caroline- I think it would be nice for Feb 09/Valentines for Victor to start dating Caroline. As they blossom she pushes him away because she feels guilty for loving Victor "too soon" following Shawn's death. Enter mid-summer, Nurse Marie Horton (Maree Cheatham ?) comes back to town to care for Alice, as DOOL actually acknowledges that Alice is older and needs help in the house with her living alone. Older generation triangle.. no bed hopping but actual love story Maybe even add that 2nd man, wonder about Dr. Neil Curtis or Alex Marshall rekindling time with Marie, maybe even let Marie fall for a man that falls in love with her..Stefano Dimera.
2. Abby Deveraux- She should come back as good girl with a bad streak. Loves to drink, but not alcoholic and have fun, but very smart. Junior year in college, double major Music and Law? Max falls for her, but she fights her feelings as he rejected her before. Long time back and forth, each other dating other people, and becoming single as the other gets involved w/someone else.
3. Roman Brady- Why doesn't Roman have a woman?!!! Roman would be involved with a match-making service for Salem Singles, which would be secretly backed by Anna Dimera. He would be set up with a blind date w/no one else but Celeste, who just wanted to get out and date, thinking it would be nice to get away from home. Initially discouraged by their pairing, the two give it a try and date in secret (leading to funny scenes of them hiding each other). Later, having a meeting with the owners of the Single service, Anna is disappointed by the results and financial handlings, takes a more active role in the company. She finds about Roman's membership and his subsequent pairing on Celeste. She will become jealous of the time Roman's spending w/her, realizing she still has some lingering feelings for Roman, increases her time with Tony to make up for it. She'd end up pregnant for the first time since she lost her first baby w/Tony years ago. ( I guess this would be an Roman-Celeste-Anna-Tony storyline) haha
4. Prodigal Son returns- Tom Horton Jr (Phil Carey or Clint Ritchie from OLTL) returns to Salem with his new family as the new Chief of Staff at University Hospital, having problems to readjusting being back home after so long and things being different. He will also move back to the Horton home w/Alice, Marie, and his new family. His wife, Victoria (Linda Dano, or Anna Stuart) is a down-to-earth yet fiery woman that will cross paths w/Julie, Hope, Kate, and Anna. I think it would interesting to maybe link her to Vivian Alamain, as a long lost sister or friend, causing Louise Sorel to make a reappearance here and there! There will be two sons both mid to uppers 20s, (the oldest Thomas III, aka Trey (Jason Gerhardt from GH), and youngest one, William Michael aka Billy (?). Billy would be a love interest for Melanie, eventually portraying an abusive boyfriend role.
