The live finale will also include a special interactive component that will start during the "Biggest Loser" finale and end in "Momma's Boys," the new series premiering on NBC from 10:00-11:00 p.m. ET right after the finale. Viewers will be shown before/after pictures of three past season contestants, and vote via text or online at www.nbc.com for which contestant they think has had the best transformation. The previous season contestant who wins the most votes will be announced at the end of "Momma's Boys" and viewers will see what the winning contestant looks like today. Two at-home viewers, one on the east coast and one on the west coast, will be randomly selected from those who voted to each receive $10,000 and a "Biggest Loser" ultimate prize pack, plus have their name shown on screen live at the end of "Momma's Boys."
The live finale will also include a special sneak preview of season 7 of the hit weight loss series. "The Biggest Loser: Couples" will premiere Tuesday, January 6 (8-10 p.m. ET) on NBC.

Wonder if the prize pack will include the meals, or a gym membership ....or even gym equipment?

I wonder what it will be too. Not every viewer needs to lose weight, so I wonder what the package would entail. I'd love a lifetime gym membership or something. I bet it's just a basket full of sponser filled items... extra gum, that kind of thing.

Maybe they'll add at least one session with the trainer of their choice. Wouldn't that be sweet!

It's gonna be DVD's and a Biggest Loser T-shirt. Whoever wins better post what they won!

That would be so awesome if it was gym equipment! I would seriously love to have some real gym stuff in my home, not just the things I've stolen from my kid to workout with.

I probably won't be participating though since I DVR the show and watch it during my workouts.

Does this mean you have to watch Mama's Boys? I don't think 10,000 is worth watching that. I'm afraid I'd lose to many IQ points!

I'm with you on that one kj4ever. The only "BOYS" I watch on tv is Dallas. If it wasn't for The Biggest Loser and "The Cowboys" I wouln't watch anything!

Well, you don't have to watch Mamma's Boy's, do you? Just the commercials, maybe?

My guess is that they plan on taking a winner from the East Coast/Central airing of the show (since they air simultaneously 8/7c) and then a second winner from those who call in during the Pacific showing. So fans in the Mid-West have the chance to win at the same time those on the East Coast do.

I know Jenn Widder from Season 5 will be at the finale. I wonder who else? It will be great to see some of the former contestants.

I watched that show full of Vicky's women going for the three men. I never saw them announce the winner of $10,000

me either. In the rules it says to check nbc.com after the 17th to see the winners lol

It does say they will notify you by email or phone.
