I can't get to it by the menus...I haven't seen anyone else mention it...
I just got the S3 set for Christmas and was playing around with it on my computer...
If you put disc 2 of the Season 3 set in your drive and manually play Title 22, it comes up with a 8-9 minute segment of material I have not seen before. Michael says he bought his 13" tv. Dwight and Jim try to eat 6 saltines in under a minute...other stuff.
It doesn't play with the deleted scenes from any of the episodes.
Has this been spotted and identified before?

(If there's a better sub-forum to ask this, please move it)

Hmmmm, I've seen those before. smile.gif I think they were already part of the DVD extras.

I love the 6 saltines in one minute bit. It goes very well with Jim's PSA: "Please, Eat Crackers Responsibly".

Come to think of it, weren't these on the S2 DVD? not S3?

I just checked the S2 DVD set title by title and didn't find it. I found the menu link, it was one I didn't even bother to try because it is labeled as something "hosted by the cast of the office". Since when is something hosted by a cast done as in character show segments? Terribly misleading. The scenes fit at the end of Season 2...Jim is around in his original desk, Ryan is still the temp, there are no Stamford people there. Dwight has his bobblehead (post Valentine's Day) and says he was a volunteer Sheriff's deputy (post Drug Testing).

You're making me pull out my S3 DVD. tongue.gif (luckily I always have it handy wink.gif )

Excerpt From The NBC Prime Time Preview Hosted By The Office Cast is the menu tab you would need to get to what you saw. (But you are right, it's on the S3 DVD, not S2). I've always assumed that this either aired or was on-line during the summer between S2 and S3. I thought it was kinda an appeteezer. But I wasn't watching The Office at that time, so I would have totally missed it. But I think that makes sense, because it's a Preview before S3 or more importantly a preview before most most of NBC's Fall Premieres. The Office Cast portion of the title probably was part of the original title when it aired (I can just hear the announcer's voice) and it would have made more sense when it was said then (meaning, it was not made with the DVD in mind). smile.gif
