DETECTIVES ELLIOT STABLER (CHRIS MELONI) AND OLIVIA BENSON’S (MARISKA HARGITAY) SUSPICIONS ARISE WHEN A TEENAGED “JANE DOE” (Guest Star ELLEN WOGLOM) TAKES ON TWO IDENTITIES.
Heather Hallander (guest star Ellen Woglom) miraculously returns home after being reported missing over four years ago. Unrecognizable to her family, Heather tells Detectives Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) of the cement cell where she spent the past four years as a sex slave and of her fortunate escape. Heather’s sister, Erica Hallander (Kate Baldwin), is relieved to see her long-lost sister after launching a website asking for search tips, but, Nikki Hallander (Natalia Payne), Heather’s other sister, seems annoyed with her return. In search of the mystery kidnapper, Benson and Stabler drive Heather around town to help stir up any memories of her abduction. When Heather’s answers don’t seem to match up, the detectives find revealing evidence that make them question Heather’s kidnapping and true identity. Also starring Dann Florek, Richard Belzer, Ice-T, Michaela McManus, B.D. Wong, and Tamara Tunie.

This sounds like it's going to be good.

There was an article in tvguide before the season started and it said that someone came to them for help and they are forced to go undercover and act as some sort of sex slaves. Anyone know anything?

It was a good thing I was channel surfing last night. I thought the new episodes didn't start til later in the month. Damn glad I didn't miss it, it was a great episode.

Not often enough do we get to see Liv's temper towards the "victims". So when she lost hers in the hospital room, I completely cheered her on, regardless that the girl really was a victim. The entire show was pretty good. What happened between Liv and El while questioning Carl was great too! My jaw just dropped when El said Liv should take a sick day because she was obviously on the rag. Haha, best one liner I've heard on the show in a long time!

Overall, I liked the entire episode.

BTW, what did Liv do to her hair? It looked way better than usual last night. Hubba hubba.

OH my God so I loved that episode like sooooo much. I've watched it 6 times now. And that girl was so amazing!!! I loved it. They seem to get better and better!!!

Great episode! It had lots of nice twists and turns that kept you guessing. I had a suspicion that the sister had something to do with her sister' s disappearance but it was a surprise to find that the mother helped to cover up the murder.

I really liked this episode too. I thought it was very well written, except for the major gaffe with the blood types. It was stated that Heather's parents were both type A, and that she therefore must also be type A, which is not true. If her parents' genotypes were AO and AO, then there would be a 25% chance that any offspring would be type O. It was also stated that a Type A mother could also not have a type B child; again, not true if the mother was AO (although it would exclude the type A father). If the mother is AO, and the child inherits a B gene from its father, the genotype would be BO and therefore the child would have a blood type of B. It's a good thing they didn't get into RH factors (positive and negative). Since all this blood type nonsense was a pivotal plot point, I would have assumed the writers would have done a little more research...or perhaps paid attention in high school biology. And how did no one else notice before the episode was released? Otherwise, great acting and snappy dialogue.

I do not know I think it would have been an interesting twist if Heather had also been held by Kristin's father and Kristin's mother had actually died. She then would have been the "replacement" daughter for that family. I don't know the whole sister killing her seemed lame.
