FRIEND OR FOE?—Friday (Tongayi Chirisa) and Crusoe (Philip Winchester) are out searching for food when a ship’s rocket explodes above them in the air. Crusoe and Friday set out to see if a ship has arrived at the island and they are disappointed when they see the ship retreating from shore. Crusoe sees many men struggling to swim to shore off of a capsized small boat and he rushes to save one man. After bringing him ashore, Crusoe is surprised to see that it is Mr. Blackthorn (Sam Neill). Friday struggles to trust Blackthorn’s intentions. Anna Walton and Mia Maestro also star.

They were sure mean to leave the show off at the end in the most exciting part for part 2. I thought oh no, not that. LOL I was really engrossed in the show and thought to be continued at the worst time. I figured it would since it seemed like more had to happen. I hated they left the dog but know somehow they'll return to the poor dog left behind. My hubby and I said don't leave the dog. They could have put him in a bag and carried him. They'll return back to the dog though. Great show and for a a deserted Island, they sure get a lot of visitors. LOL just kidding. I sure hope this show makes it. It's too good to be taken off so soon. One of the best ones NBC has offered us in awhile.

More was revealed & accelerated in this episode than in any other. I don't believe they would actually so easily kill off Sean Bean's character (Dad), so I'm anxious to see how that comes out.

The authenticity has been very fun, & the writers/producers have been doing a bit of a history lesson along the way. They keep using 17th century references...

Great episode! Finally, got some info on Mr. Blackthorn's intentions! I was surprised that Olivia threw the letter in the fire, perhaps she still has designs on Crusoe. I wish there were more episodes left. Actually, I wish there was an entire season of episodes. Great show!

I sure hope the petition helps to get more shows aired for Crusoe. I hadn't heard how much longer this show has on the air. I might not want to know. lol I'd like to enjoy it a little bit longer. Not many are on I get this excited about anymore. I wonder if his father would ever end up helping Crusoe in the end and turns out not bad. You never know. Twists are always a possibility. It was a great show this weekend. They left off in such an awful spot. That's how they do it though.

I love this episode!! It was the best one yet.
