I am from Salisbury, NC and we Dish Network service for our TV. NBC channel is the worst channel to watch because the Closed-Captioning is dysfunctional, it only works part of the time. This is not a one time thing, it is happening every day and only the NBC channel.

Also, when I lip-read the people on TV there appears to be a time delay between their lip movements and the sound that comes out of their mouths. I wonder if whatever is causing the sound delay is also causing the dysfunctional Closed-Captioning?

Keep in mind that it is only NBC, therefore I better not get some funky lame excuses for whatever is causing this problem. It is my assumption that whatever is causing this problem is fixable, if some lazy technician got off his rear-end and made an effort to fix it.
