I am posting this because, I too has been tempted to get behind Safe. I understand how fustrated most us have been, and it is easy to get side tracked by another couple. Alot of us just really don't want Sami and Lucas to get back together, so we were getting tempted by SAfe. But ask yourself these questions if you have become tempted by Safe.

Why have we faught three years for this couple to be together to just settle for second best?

Why all the campaigning and, lawd the many debates, if we were just going to settle?

Why would we even consider settling, just think about all the EJamis that has faught for this wonderful couple, that is Ejami.

Ejamis, we survived 12/29!!!!! Even after that this couple has been going strong. This is what they want us to do, they want us to get side tracked by the hottness of Rafe.lol We can't though, we can't under no circumstances, get sidetracked by Safe. We are so close, closer than many of us think.

WE Can't settle EJami fans, we have faught too long for EJami to happen. We can't give up on our couple. EJami is our couple, they are our baby, we can't give up on our baby.. can we?


This is for those, that has been tempted like myself. I just want to thank the fellow Ejamis that has remained stedfast, and has not budged. Because I admit, I was considering getting behind Safe, I was considering settling for Safe. Safe is what it is Safe, it's easy.

Ejamis, we are fighters and I think we have proved that many of times, so don't give up. We are close to having the love story that we have been so desparately been waiting for.

Ejami is coming, they are inevitable!!!!!

It is time to fight even harder now, we come to far to turn around.

I hear ya, I don't know what I was thinking, to even mutter half support for Safe. I just noticed a few of us EJamis were considering Safe. I love EJami too much to get behind second best.... I am glad I came to my senses though. lol

Its Ejami forever baby! Safe is not even a couple, so I am not worried. If tptb decide to go that route, I know it will not last long.. everything that has been done recently has been all about Ejami.. all signs r pointing to that. It is inevitable! Go Ejami!

I don't watch soap operas. I used to watch Days in my teens. Surprisingly, I remembered a lot of characters (I'm now in my early 40's). I remember Sami from way back when. Ejami drew me back to Days. I watched it since 2006, since EJ came on. I will stop watching again when there will be no hope for Ejami.

I believe that even on soaps, a mother should end up with one of her father's children. Considering that Sami has children with both Lucas and EJ, I would hope that the writers make her end up with one of them. Either make all of the little ones Lucas' and put her with him, or make them all EJ's (which is what I think will happen), and put her with him.

Safe will make me quit watching. It's Ejami or nothing for me, and when I will see that there will be no hope of ever getting them back, is when I'm going to stop watching Days.

I understand how u feel Daytime. Sometimes people just feel like settling for what is there. Look at Ej trying it with Nicole but it doesn't work.

For me personally, I have always n will always be an Ejami fan at heart.
Nothing can beat them in terms of hot and sizzling chemistry they shared on screen.

And again, I'm keeping up the faith that it will be Ejami Eventually.

And I also notice something, Safe is all glitzed up but has no substance. Ejami has substance, they have the substance that makes supercouples. EJami is truly a supercouple in the making.

add me to the steadfast and true EJami fans. They will prevail, TPTB aren't that stupid. James has received the most mail ever in the history of Days and they aren't going to shoot that down the tubes. For me Safe fans some of them see a seemingly nice guy who is very good looking and maybe a way to end the fan war and and a lot of them were Lumi fans who are so ticked off that Lumi is a dead issue and its a way to stick it to the EJami fans. just my opinion.

EJ and Sami have totally captivated me as a fan. I haven't felt this way since the early days of Bo and Hope. I refuse to jump ship simply because the writers aren't giving us what we want. A great love story between EJ and Sami. They tried to sell EJOLE. It didn't work. Now, we have to possibly endure Safe as a roadblock in order to get our couple. I think that Rafe is good looking. However, you can't put two people together just because they are good looking together. Case in point. EJ and Nicole. I've said this all along. It is all about chemistry. As a EJAMI fan. It is very frustrating at times. EJ and Sami have their great moments. All of a sudden, the rug is pull underneath them. Thus, they are back to square one. IMO, Safe is what it is "Safe". Boring

I totally agree with you 100%. I think the reason why Rafe was brought into this fiasco is because the writers couldn't decide who should be paired with Sami. They have created two fanbases EJAMI versus LUMI. Thus, causing EJ and Lucas to move on with other love interests. Rafe coming in as a ploy to defuse the fanbases. The problem is that they have created another fanbase war between EJAMI and Safe. Geez, how does this scenario solve the problem?

No worries for me,,its Ejami or nothing....I do not care to watch a "safe"couple.I like my couples fiery,passionate and in love...I will NEVER fall into that trap!!GO EJAMI!!!

They would solve everything by just putting Ejami together. We won't rest until they do anyways.

EJ is so amazing. He is so layered, and complex and that's why I love his character. Plus, IMO James is THE best actor on this show. And he's so freaking hot. Him and Ali are just magic together.

I have never liked the SAFE pairing and never will! As I think they are so boring to watch and competely lack any chemistry! I either end up skipping their scenes together or watching them and 'thinking there is a few minutes of my life I will never get back'
As for the character of EJ - ITA I love the many facets of EJ and no matter how angry or disappointed in him we may get by some of his actions - he always manages to find his soul again - when he is around his Samantha. I also agree James Scott is one of the best actors I have ever scene. He has been amazing and an incredibly versatile actor, that can say so much with just suttle actions that he does! He is truly a brilliant actor! Not to mention so damn sexy

Brilliant!!! I completely agree with you. EJ's character is filled with alot of layers. EJ and Sami's characters are more alike. Their families have a history on this show. Good versus Evil which is why EJ and Sami are fascinating to watch. Also, they have that "Gone with the wind" flare. EJ is tall and gorgeous. Sami is stubborn and beautiful. Thus, EJ and Sami have major fireworks. I do not see any fireworks between Rafe and Sami. I agree that Rafe is just bland. Simply boring. Go Figure!!!

I totally agree, this is what Rafe is all about, to neutralize the two fanbases. All these people has done is created another fanwar. It is a big ole mess, if you ask me. Alot of Safe fans are mostly fans of Galen's and of course they would want him with someone like Ali. That was a given....I think tptb has stuck their foot in their you know what's. This did not solve anything. I just didn't want our EJamis falling for it, because I considered myself a diehard EJami fan, and almost fell for it. Thank Goodness I came to my senses....lol

I don't care for one of DH's slapped together insta pairings. I'm watching for Ejami and looking forward to the slow build up to their reunion however long it takes. What supercouple doesn't have angst and hurdles to overcome? Ejami has got that in spades and its nothing new for a soap couple. We may have alot to endure still but the end will be that much sweeter. Ejami is then most intriguing, passionate and entertaining couple on the show and the more I see the more I want them!

Sami and Rafe are cute in a BFF kind of way. But for a couple, it will always be Sami and EJ for me. Their chemistry is off the charts. Their potential is the only reason I'm still hanging on to a show that has lost most of it's appeal.

I could never be tempted by "Safe." They are the most boring twosome I've ever had to endure. Nobody has the chemistry Ejami has and for me it's Ejami or nobody. Loved them from day 1.

Why would I want boring Safe when I can have EJami and their fire, drama, romance and love?
