Full Version: Very High Def Stuttering

There's an old saying; "You get what you pay for."

I am running a blazing fast 2x2GHz laptop that will run WoW at full def AND load from the map in motion without missing a beat. I am looking at a consistent 600KBps on perfmon.exe. I can watch 720p HD .mkv files AND encode in the background. I have no hardware issues.

This player sucks right out of the box. There are free players at Snapfiles that are easier to use and more intuitive than this "Rubik's Video Player" you guys have released.

You would have been better to channel on Youtube! Thank the little baby Jesus that I didn't pay for this service. Bye!

Update... I waited a full fifteen minutes for the player to squeeze out a 24 second commercial. Niiice! Priorities are important after all.

I am downloading HD episodes directly so as to take the traffic out of the equation on playback... I expect Epic Fail... I will update in a couple of years when the episode has downloaded... and that's another thing, the player claims to be "uploading" to me, that is a worrying insight into NBC's perspective. Web resources (you) download to Users (me), not the other way round.

Just remember, "Fedex, the world on time." They made a movie (with Tom Hanks) about the importance of providing service... this metaphor fails instantly when you point out that the parcel he delivers at the end of the movie is years too late.
