Just thought it would be fun to see where everyone stands before the next episode. I know that we have no idea who is going to be in the bottom two, but it just will be interesting to see where everyone's vote is.

Hmmm well you vote to send one home, not to keep one. If I could, I would send home in this order: Mike, Helen, Filipe, Ron
My reasoning...Ron doesn't care if HE goes home, and I think that I am done with the godfather's attitude...which as I said in another thread is a shame, but I'd send Mike home to send a message to the next season to let each player play his own game and not be obnoxious so we don't end up with another Ron or worse yet, Heba or she whose name shall not be spoken.

I know that you vote to send one home, but I can't really do that yet because we don't know who the bottom two are yet. We'll have that chance next week, if they let us vote. I just wanted to see where people's favorite stands after last week's episode. It's just interesting, that's all.
I agree with you about Ron, Heba, and I think it's hilarious calling the other one "she whose name shall not be spoken." lol

We may not even have the chance to vote. Next week's elimination gets rid of the 5th person left on the ranch, leaving us the final four. It has been said there is a one-week break before the May 12 finale. So unless there is a double elimination next week, it looks like it will be a "final four" like Seasons 3 and 4.

next week gets rid of the 5th person. and the 4 go home (nbc preview). then the next episode May 5th, they are coming back. So I guess the bottom two will be seen at the weigh-in then, and possibly we get to vote that night.

I was thinking the same thing; that if America DID vote, and it came down between Ron and Mike, would they vote for Mike, or would they vote to hurt Ron by sending Mike home. Last season, Ed pleaded for America to vote for Heba - and she lost by a mile. It's a scenario I've been thinking about these past few days. Personally, I doubt I'd do it. If it came down between Mike and Ron, I probably wouldn't even vote. I don't dislike Ron enough to 'get even' with him by eliminating his son, and Mike is still a kid. I want Tara to win more than I want anyone else to lose, if that makes any sense.

Harsh, yet honest. I bet Ron throws the next weigh-in to keep that from happening...Of course it would depend on who he got below the yellow line with...

I'm caught! I will admit - I've only seen bits and pieces of each season until this season. I saw enough of last season to know that Ed's slow speech and odd voice got on my last nerve and that Heba was not a nice person as was the one you all refer to as "the one who's name shall not be mentioned"... I love that! I saw the finale and was glad Michelle won.
So do they get down to four and then they all compete against each other for the "biggest loser"??

It depends on the season. The first two seasons they went to a Final 3 at the ranch. The final 3 went home for a while and then competed against each other at the finale. Seasons 3 and 4 they went to a final four at the ranch, went home for a while, and competed against each other at the finale. Seasons 5 and 6 they went to a final 4 at the ranch, and then the final week at the ranch, when 2 contestants fell below the yellow line, instead of the other two voting one off, America voted. The one voted off by America was eligible to compete for the $100,000 along with the other at-home contestants (a la H). The remaining 3 vied for the $250,000.
We really don't know what format they will be using this season (but if there is only one week of programming left before the finale, it points to a final 4).

I think most people are disappointed that these parents have the wrong priorities. Ron should be home helping his son and Helen should have insisted that her daughter stayed on the ranch. Yeah, it was poor editing that made her look bad, but she still didn't put her daughter first. My "children", adult and teens, would come first in this situation.

Felipe??? Really? If you don't like whining, why would you root for Felipe? Felipe is "mister I don't like Jillian for one day, so I am going to run crying to Bob"...I think that was the epitome of whining. Maybe some people missed that episode. At least Tara acknowledges that Jillian is there to help her and doesn't go crying to another trainer when Jillian yells at her.

I think that my point was that if you only dislike Tara because she "whines" then you might want to rethink your supporting Felipe. I loved Felipe at first until he acted extremely childish with Jillian. I don't hate him, and I think that he has done well, and if he wins, fine, I really don't care. But, my point was you are supporting a whiner when you said that you don't like Tara because she whines. Just interesting to me, that's all.
