Full Version: Rebel should've warned Micah.

Rebel has been able to warn everyone of their impending doom before the agents arrive. It's not clear how he knows, but he knows. Why didn't he know that they were coming for him? He was completely caught by surprise. Is this another one of the writers' carelessness and ineptitude, or did I miss something?

Didn't even think about that, how did they organize such a strike on Micah, without him knowing???

Why was he powerless because they shut down the power?

Doesn't Micah have a cell phone which doesn't require power (because it has a battery)?

With the cell phone, couldn't he turn the power back on??

The mighty rebel was completely helpless so easily.

I believe the correct question is, how can Micah know so much that he can save everyone else - but yet didn't know they were coming for him?

I wonder if Micah was yet another late-change in the season, if he was truly meant to be Rebel all along.

HRG would have made the most sense....until Claire had to rescue Puppetman.

That is a good question -

"Yea but they cut power. Didn't you hear Danko say they cut him off the grid. Don't you guys pay attention."

So, Micah missed any telcom chatter (which he seems to have a pretty good handle on) and he has no laptops, cell phones, uninterpretable power supplies or wireless internet?

Sure.

I'm guessing Micah was busy playing WoW and missed the announcement that they were going to raid his lair.

I think the title of the thread was intended to be ironic like that, because of that fact that he was able to warn everyone else before the agents showed up. He should have been able to "warn himself," in other words, he should have know just like he knew for everyone else that he warned.

So all of you rolling.gif

i know that rebel is micah. i was just playing with the names.

Maybe Rebel just doesn't like Micah. Maybe he's sick of all of Micah's whining about being good all the time.

One of the dangers of short internet posts. Subtleties of conversation are often lost, hence the invention of smilies.

How did Sylar know so much about Micah? How did everyone seem to just know all of a sudden who Rebel was and everything about him? It seemed a little odd. Sylar even know his history.

Sylar has the power to read the history of a person by touching something they own... like micah's clothes. (:

he probably was able to determine who they were going after by hacking their system, and he didnt know they were coming because they didnt put any data of him into the system where he could find it

They knew that Rebel was someone who had control over technology, so they just avoided making any moves that might alert him. Every hero has a different ability so to catch them they set a trap based on his weaknesses.

But I do not understand how he did not get the power back on with his battery charged phone?
