Which songs should Jeffster consider as possible encores for their upcoming summer tour dates?

They would be fabulous doing a cover of "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by The Darkness. Lester belting that out would be awesome.
chuckupchuck
never gonna give you up by rick astley. commonly known as the rick rolled song lol
snickrz
For comedic value alone?

Jizz In My Pants by The Lonely Island
more_chuck
How about Debbie Boone's "you light up my life" followed by KISS rock n roll ?

I think they should cover some J Giles band hits like Centerfold and Freeze Frame.
AlphaTerra
Hmm this is a good one. Um, Loser by Beck, My Name is Jonas by Weezer, Psycho by Puddle of Mudd, Boys of Summer by the Ataris....I could go on forever. Jeffster rules and Lester, well his voice is magical wink.gif
IwuztheOffice
What is Love by Haddaway complete with dramatic dance moves... that would be epic! rolling.gif
chuckupchuck
good call iwuztheoffice. forgot about that one would be priceless.or maybe call on me by eric prydz lol. i could also see them doing she will be loved by maroon 5 lol
chuckandmorgan
"Girl, You'll be a Woman Soon," by Neil Diamond and Urge Overkill.

Or another cheesy 80's classic "Heat of the Moment."

But seriously...wouldn't 'you'll be a woman soon' just be hysterical for Jeffster???

"I've been misunderstood for all of my life
But what they're sayin', girl, just cuts like a knife
'The boy's no good'
Girl, you'll be a woman soon
Please come take my hand..."

wink.gif
Lavengro1
Good call on "Heat of the Moment" that or any 80's power ballad would be great! rolling.gif
chuckupchuck
how about: red rain by peter gabriel or solsbury hill by peter gabriel? lol
chuckfan23
I would love to hear them sing don't stop believing by Journey just to see how they stack up against all the other covers of that song.

Thank you smile.gif
Maybe Psycho Killer by Talking Heads... seems almost, oddly, appropiate for Jeffster (mainly Jeff...) or Afternoon Delight XD It be funny to have an extremely akward situation while they realize the meaning of the lyrics (similiar to that scene in Arrested Development between Michael and Maeby) laugh.gif
SonicZack
The Final Countdown - Europe
Ange10
Journey covers would be awesome.

So would covers of 90's boy bands, like N'Sync and Backstreet Boys.

chuckandmorgan
Sister Christian - Night Ranger smile.gif

I'd love to hear Lester sing: "Your motoring...motooooring..."

Ha!-- NBC is actually selling Jeffster raglan t-shirts!
nateee
best of both worlds - hannah montana / miley cyrus

that would be hilarious. funny thing is, it could fit the story with chuck having pretty much two lives. hahaha.
Harry_Tang_Is_Gone
HOLD ME NOW by the Thompson Twins.

Lady in red chris deburgh
Man in motion John Parr
Your love the outfield
broken wings MR.Mister
you might think the cars
we built this city starship
nothings gonna stop us now...starship.

those all seem like funny songs that would work perfectly!
MyHollywoodDream
I'd like to see them cover "Thriller" with the Buy More employees doing the dance behind them.
elsol
'Turning Japanese' by the Vapors

And since the show seems to like Bon Iver, I think they should do 'Skinny Love'.
Amentos
She's an Easy Lover by Phil Collins

Epic-er still. That could be comedy gold.

How about I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) by The Proclaimers? It's a two-man song.
KevinCalvin
The Popcorn Song with Lester trying to vocalize the "pops".
SilentCartographer
"I Ran" by Flock of Seagulls

It could even make for excellent background music when Chuck and the crew are escaping from a situation
DudeFanBoy
This band rules I think that they should become a REAL band I'm thinking of making a fan club site, what do you guys think? rolling.gif

Hard choice, do you go with classic cheese, Journey or even worse Air Supply, do you go for one hit wonder cheese like "Safety Dance" or the repulsive "I'm too Sexy for my Shirt". Or do you go for existential cheese, cover Spinal Tap perhaps "Break like the Wind" a mock band covering a mock band.

The Final Countdown - Europe

rolling.gif ....there would be no words!

And whoever mentioned that Michael Jackson's "Thriller"....OMG, if they did this.....I think the writers might want to use that....say a Halloween party episode where Jeffster performs with Bartowskis/Woodcombs and the former Buymorians? *Hint Hint*

Both of those would be amazing smile.gif
How about "Welcome to the Jungle" by Gun N' Roses or "99 Red Balloons" by Nena? This is fun laugh.gif
SLBit
"I'm Too Sexy." I don't remember who it was by and I hated it but it would be hilarious with them doing it.
BF888A
It's got to be "I'm too sexy"

TVGuide.com: Does it end as good as this one?
Schwartz: Yeah, we're really excited about it. And one thing I will promise for next year is that, come hell or high water, Jeffster shall return!
Ange10
What about them covering Eye of the Tiger? That would be amazing.
minnesotanice
Journey - Lights

"Oh, I wanna be there in my cit-AY"

Lester can wail like Steve Perry and Jeff would be awesome in the Neal Schon "geetar" style of playing!

Pour some sugar on me by def leppard. I loved the Jeffster Back To The Future reference in the finale when Jeff says to the quartet "watch me for the changes"

I would love to hear "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey

Oh yeah! Great suggestion!

May I also add the timeless classic "We Built This City" by Jefferson Starship
chuck_fanatic
I love me some Jeffster!!!

I would like to see them cover "Whip It" by Devo. And they could wear the funny yellow outfits with strange hats on their heads.
Azuremane
I would go with "New World Man" by RUSH. Especially after the finale!

Or "Take on me" by A-ha
chuckfan23
"These eyes" by the guess who. I think that one would be hilarious too.

Personally, I am waiting for the album...

Although it's a bit old for them, another creepy song would be "having my baby" by Paul Anka. Just the thought of either of those two singing that song should send a shiver down any woman's spine.
Cinemaron
How about a little "Burning down the House", you have to agree it could happen with either Jeff or Lester.
fullcrumb
"Push It" by Salt and Pepa
Bruiser19
Might be a little ealry time wise, but what about "Every Breath You Take" by the Police. I mean, Jeff IS a stalker, he admitted it. Or "Private Eyes" by Hall and Oates.
