Hear a song on the show you can't identify, ask about it here...

What if we wanted that song the um witch sang in the pilot to put everyone to sleep?
Could we get a hold of that?

I own the soundtrack that was released (it has music from the first few eps), but the song is not included. I believe the music was written by several artists and that could be why. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I was thinking, since there are so many other people from Doctor Who working on it, that the music was by Murray Gold, but I was wrong. Then again, I should have just listened closely. It's not the same style.

Not sure where you'll be able to find it, since it's not on the soundtrack, sadly.

Well it did it's job. I so could have fallen to sleep to it lol. And usually I don't like stuff like that.

I found out a little info about the composers of 'Merlin'.... Seems like there's 3 names attached to the music thus far.

I was wondering what cartoon or show, possibly from the 70's, has had that same sword sound right as the commercial begins???
I know the sound but can't pinpoint where I've heard it before.

Rob Lane is the one noted on the soundtrack, but like others have said, it's only music from the first few episodes.

In any event, very well made soundtrack with a great opening theme.
