Did the contestants, trainers or the host say something that was memorable or shocking? Let us know!

I loved it in the first episode when Sean and his partner (can't remember who it is) did the victory dance and they showed Bob looking at Jillian and he mumbled "oh Lord". It was the way he said it that had me cracking up.

From the first episode:
Dina - "When you see Bob on TV, you definitely think he's nice, but...he's not nice. Then you go over to Jillian and...she's just like you see on TV."

osugrad1990- That does sound hilarious I can picture it well

chazee- Oh the lady that lost her husband and girls in the car accident?

That is sad.
Wish I could watch the U.S versions I really miss them since they've stopped airing them over here.

I think there is another AUS one coming soon but it's just not as good without Jillian

Go to the important topics section of the forum and you will find a posting by Chazee that gives a link to the full episodes posted on the Internet, starting this season.
My husband and I loved they body movements and tone of voice Jillian used in the conversation with Shay after Shay completed the ladder climb. Jillian's "No." and "That's right." were just too cute.

It seems every season (practically every show, for that matter), there's one contestant who gets the stuffing beat out of them because they can't complete a 30-second sprint on a treadmill without giving up or grabbing the handlebars in the final two seconds. I live for those confrontations. Who was it last night? Amanda? Bob just wasn't going to let her off the hook. Sure enough, after the third or fourth try, she pushes through the whole 30 seconds and without skipping a beat, Bob snaps,
"Don't ever tell me you can't do anything again -it P**SES ME OFF!"
GIT 'EM, BOB! HA HA HA HA!
The other one that will stick with me for a while was Sean, struggling to resist the temptation, saying,
"Oooooo, I just wanna rub that cupcake all over my body!" HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAA!!! What a freak

It really sucks that he got eliminated -he was easily one of the nicest and funniest people on the show yet.

I loved that one also. She sounded so...diabolical. It would have been really funny if they had played Vincent Price laughing in the background (as he did in "Thriller").

Communication is about getting across your point--not always being perfect in language/grammar. Most of us got what he meant, I'm thinkin'.

So what you're trying to say is, as long as the majority of people know what was meant, there's no real need to get it right?
Even though he puts the emphasis on the 'literally'?
I honestly don't think the majority know what 'literally' means and so figured he meant figuratively !

I guess it's a pet peeve of mine, like people who get lose and loose wrong... oh and your and you're. But those are in text, not in speech.
Jaxtastique

It's a pet peeve of mine as well. But I think it is a very American thing to say, so now I just accept that this is one of their colloquialisms. You can usually pick out the American in a crowd if they say "literally" or "you know what I mean?"
