I hope they will absolutely be nothing like their father. I want to see Johnny and Sydney be more like Lexie and Tony. They have way more of a conscience then Ej. Jmho.

I sure as hell hope not. I'm not so much worried about Sydney than Johnny. That has always been my biggest fear for him, that he would turn out just like his father and grandfather. But there is hope 4 him as he is still part Brady. And I hope Sami does everything in her power 2 make sure that they don't turn out like EJ. There are enough Dimeras, the last thing needed is two more of them.

I can see Johnny growing up with a lot of the advantages of the wealthy, but I think EJ will keep him well grounded in good morals. I remember EJ telling Sami once that he wished he could have spent more time with his mother, that he might be a better person if he could have. Now EJ is making sure Johnny does spend time with his mother.

As far as Sydney goes, I hope she's a good combo of both EJ and Sami. Since EJ loves and accepts Sami for what she is, I sort of hope he has a spunky daughter too.

I think EJ is fantastic as a husband and a father. The children could do so much worse in other Salem families.

Maybe Johnny will be conflicted like his dad and Sydney, yah, I can see her taking over the family business and being totally evil like Granddad. In 2031 Sydney will have her annoying Horton sister Allie kidnapped and dumped on Gramps secret island and her boyfriend Victor II will impregnate her know it all sister. Then all of the familys will be officially joined by their child and dool will go off the air.

A real devil. Yep, I bet he is. Imagine the lessons he will have learned:

1. You can have any woman you want, any time, and if she resists, force her to have sex by threatening her and she will love you forever.

2. The Dimeras don't worry about such niceties as the law. We do what we want, any time we want, and pay off judges to keep it that way.

3. When you get married, you must teach her to obey, be a loyal Dimera, lie when we want her to, and otherwise keep her mouth shut. After all, she's got that huge blood diamond on her finger and should be grateful.

4. If anyone angers you, kill him.

5. If anyone bothers you, kill him.

6. If anyone hurts your feelings, kill him.

ITA with both your posts. Come on now, folks. The ways of the Dimeras are totally unscrupulous. They are a murderous family who does anything to get what they want. I feel totally sorry for both Johnny and Sydney if either EJ or Stefano has ANYTHING to do with their upbringing. Women are worth nothing and just used as babymakers, as was Sami when EJ raped her. All he wanted was a Dimera heir and to hurt the Bradys. What a fine, upstanding man he is!!! Hope Rafe and Sami take over raising those kids. Then, they will have a great chance of being great people.

I'm still holding out that Johnny is a Lucas/ Sami baby. But I want Sami and Rafe together. I think it would be great for them to have to "undo" Dimera influences from his life. And I still think Dr. Baker did something so Sydney is actually Mia's. How I have not figured it out yet. LOL.

But if my wishes are not granted, I think for kids that Sami, along with Rafe, Will, and Lucas (remember both he and EJ talked about co-parenting for the twins sake) will work to undo the Dimera influence.

There is more chance of Allie been EJ's child than Johnny being Lucas i think Lumi are dead its pretty clear in the writing they heading towards Ejami and what better way to complete that Ejami family than make Allie EJ's child as well. As for Rafe there is no way EJ let him anywhere near his little girl its killing him letting that man near Johnny but Sydney no way that was the child that Rafe would stolen from him if Nicole hadn't switched babies i think EJ would rather commit murder than let Sami's FBI go near his daughter i think he would kill Rafe.

i think its pretty obvious that ej will continue to raise his children johnny and sydney the way he always has which is wonderfully, or as good as any soap parent can. stephanos children all turned out pretty well and ej is a thousand times better of a father than stef so i think they are both gonna turn out just fine. its a good thing that rafe wont have much of a hand in raising them because they would probably turn out to be holier than thous like carrie or whiney crybabies like stephanie

I think Alli's DNA showing EJ her real dad could still be a new revelation down the road.
As far as EJ letting Rafe near his children, I think Rafe should be restricted from being anywhere near Ejami's children since he tried to steal one of them (even though Grace wasn't, he doesn't know that). I think EJ would have perfect grounds to limit Sami's visits with Johnny when Rafe is around. Rafe has proven he isn't reliable; plays fast and loose with the truth when it suits him.

I would want both of EJ's children to have his passion, intelligence, appearance, and common sense.

2 and 3 are my favorite. Honestly, I don't know if Salem could handle another child that is anything like Ej or Stephano. Salem might blow up if that happened. Or maybe they would all end up killing one another in a power struggle.

Although I don't WANT it to happen, I most definitely think it will/would. (Unless they seriously SORAS them in the next year I don't see Days lasting long enough to have them grow up) Johnny would be JUST like Elvis, connected at the hip with his father. Sydney might have a little bit more of a chance and end up like Lexie...although, I don't know how much better that would be. The only thing that would seriously influence that from NOT happening is Sami. If she can find the strength to fight against them enough then there is a chance.
