The Producer reserves the right to change the limit on the number of votes that may be made from each originating telephone number or email address, in the Producer's sole discretion.

2. How to Vote:
2.1. Toll-free. To cast a vote using the toll-free phone numbers, at the end of the show simply dial the toll-free numbers displayed on screen during the show relating to your contestant of choice (For example, call 1-866-60-AGT-01 / 1-866-602-4801 for Contestant 1). If you are calling during your valid vote window you will hear a message thanking you for your vote. There is no cost for voting via the toll-free number if you are calling from a landline. If you are calling from a cell phone, airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply. You may only vote up to 10 times per originating telephone number. Any calls made after your 10th call will NOT be counted, regardless of the fact that the audio message will still thank you for your vote. Outside of active voting windows, you will hear a busy signal or local carrier error message, and your call will not count as a vote. A vote window is determined by the time zone (as defined above) applicable to your phone area code. Calls from payphones will be blocked, so to vote, use a standard landline or cell phone instead.

Power dialing occurs when individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the voting system by generating significant blocks of votes using technical enhancements. Producer will have in place monitoring procedures designed to prevent this type of occurrence on America's Got Talent. If Producer believes that power-dialing or block voting attempts were made, it reserves the right to remove these votes from the final tally. Note that these monitoring procedures apply to online voting, AT&T SMS as well as toll-free.

2.2. AT&T SMS/Text Messaging. In order to text vote, you must:

Provide your own wireless device capable of 2-way messaging and
Be an AT&T wireless service subscriber with text messaging service.

To vote via text, send the keyword VOTE to the 4 digit short code relating to your contestant of choice, as shown on the weekly performance episode of "America's Got Talent" each week. For example, send the keyword VOTE to 4801 for contestant 1 or send the keyword VOTE to 4802 for contestant 2. You will receive a confirmation text message for each valid vote. Only votes received in a valid vote window (a vote window is determined by the time zone as defined above) applicable to your cellular phone area code will be counted. If you send a text message vote outside of the valid vote window, you'll get a text message back letting you know that voting is closed. Standard text message rates apply. You may vote up to ten (10) times per originating phone number via SMS text messaging. Any vote attempts above 10 will not be counted as valid.

2.3. Online voting. If you are 13 years of age or older, you may also vote online up to 10 times per email address. Log on to NBC.com, follow the links to vote, and enter the registration details. To register, you will need to provide your date of birth, e-mail address, zip code, gender, confirm you are 13 years of age or older, and confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions. After you have registered, enter your vote choice where prompted. You may vote up to 10 times per email address during the active online vote window. Any vote attempts above 10 per e-mail address will not be counted as valid.

You will have the opportunity to receive promotional materials from NBC.com if you are 13 years of age or older by clicking the opt in box. Information collected from entrants is subject to the NBC Universal Privacy Policy (www.nbc.com).

For full information on how to vote using each voting method, please refer to the FAQs section on NBC.com.

3. Cost of Voting:
3.1. Toll-free voting. Voting using the toll-free numbers is free from landline telephones. If you are calling from a cell phone, airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply. If you attempt to vote more than 10 times from the same phone number, you will continue to hear the "Thanks for voting" message, although your votes above 10 will not count. Moreover, if you call from a cell phone, you will continue to be charged normal airtime and any applicable roaming charges.

3.2. SMS/text message voting. Voting via text message is available only to AT&T subscribers. Standard text messaging rates may apply. If you have a text messaging plan the text messages you send will count toward your text messaging plan. If you exceed your text message plan, then standard text message rates will apply to any text messages sent outside of the allotted text messages that are covered under your plan. If you have an unlimited text messaging plan, then you will not incur any additional charges when texting to vote. Please consult your AT&T wireless contract or service guide regarding how much you will be charged for your standard rate text messages.

3.3. Internet voting. Internet voting costs are subject to standard access charges.

Looking forward to Drew Thomas, but that's about it from that list. It would be nice to see that kind of act win the top prize. Nothing impressive so far tonight.
mouthofthesouth
oh yes, and looking forward to grandma comedian as well.
spookyhalloween
I was on the phone and didn't see and hear what simon cowell said about a problem. Can anyone help me with that?
BettyBoop3850
So far tonight Boring. Looking forward to Kevin Skinner and Grandma Lee
penney44
My first year of really watching America's Got Talent. After tonight, it will be my last, how can you think transgender vampires is entertaining??? And how is that family friendly?? It is really sad that only 1 out of the 3 judges knows talent. This family will no longer support this show.
mouthofthesouth
Is the only reason Nick Cannon took this job was so that they could cram Mariah Carey down our throats over and over? Very boring night so far. Grandma Lee was funny though. A bit funnier in the auditions but still funny.
doctorsmoke29
No great performances so far. Thia maybe the best so far! Even mosiac was so so!
mouthofthesouth
I really enjoy Drew Thomas the magician so hopefully he will really bring it tonight. I may have to give this Skinner dude another chance. I wasn't wild about him the first time.

He said that it appears that there is more talent this year than in the past and some good talent therefore did not make it to the final 40. He then said that there would be 8 rejected acts that would get another chance. There will be 2 of these acts in each of the quarter finals. He did not specify which 8 acts.

Kudos to Piers for his candid comments about the Diva League. They're definately NOT what America needs!

No they are not lol I almost went blind so I had to look away. I hope those basketball goofballs are the last bad act of the night. We need to see some real talent.
dawnmb0415
Breaksk8 is amazing! So unique and talented!
penney44
Just wanted to say how could America's Got Talent judges let transgender vampires go ahead as talent. My family and I will not watch AGT anymore. That is not at all America!!!
Peanuts_Lucy
We did not get to see AGT due to Special news bulletin on major shooting crisis event in Pittsburgh area at an LA Fitness with fatalities and a lot of chaos.

Will the show be replayed and will we be able to vote? All the people in the Western Pennsylvania area will have missed most of the program and it would be nice for contestants to not lose votes over this tradegy.

So far 5 are reported dead and several others shot/injured, in addition to those tramatized and family/friends worried and unable to find loved ones. Crazy - shooter supposedly shot himself. Ok, now up to 7 unconfirmed dead. How tragic...how sad.
mouthofthesouth
Well, Drew Thomas just got all 10 of my votes easily. I think Skinner will be so so, and the dancing kids will be terrible again. Go Drew and crew! Easily the best act of the night.
AzizalSaqr
You can vote, the episode is not being re-aied on NBC, but, it will likely be on nbc.com within 24 hours. Unfortunately, voting will have ended before it is posted.
mouthofthesouth
Yeah it's a pain when the news has to butt in with a weather report or some other nonsense but depending on how quickly nbc.com gets clips of the acts on their site you may still be able to vote. I know you only have a short window though so you may be out of luck.
mouthofthesouth
Well Skinner does not sound any better than the last time so all ten go to Drew Thomas tonight. Thankfully his act saved a rather dull evening.
AzizalSaqr
You can still vote your favorite act, just base it off their first audition, if you liked them vote them on.
doctorsmoke29
I disagree! I think skinner was the best act of the night! thia 2nd, 3rd acrodunk
mouthofthesouth
Wow, I would not vote for any of those if you paid me, but to each his own. It would be nice if the top prize went to someone other than a singer although I do like the woman who does the opera who I guess will be on next week.
jobmatcher
I can really see Kevin Skinner singing I Will Fix You by Coldplay. I think it would bring down the house! What do you think?
Solls
Wow, I can't believe how out of tune Thia was tonight. She was either flat or sharp through half the song. I was really expecting big things of her tonight. And Skinner had an off night tonight too. I guess I'll be voting for Mosaic and Drew Thomas. I'd like to see what else they can do.
Follix
A bit of a disappointment tonight...

Singing act were so-so, Skinner was probably the best but not as good as the first time...

Dance act were kind of boring, except the 3 brothers...

Drew Thomas trick was way too obvious, if you look back, with people switching when they go behind the box and you even see the handle to close it at the end...

Accrodunk were the best tonight...

He already butchered If Tomorrow Never Comes...Please don't have him butcher Fix You as well....lol please.
AzizalSaqr
I love how varied people's tastes are...for me, Skinner bored me to tears, I loved Grandma Lee, and The Diva League, and enjoyed The Platt Brothers, Arcadian Broad, Acrodunk, and Mosaic.
Intolerance
The Platt Brothers, Acrodunk, Arcadian Broad, and Drew Thomas made the night for me. Way to go variety acts!

Though I kind of found Drew's illusion to be somewhat uneventful until the reveal. It was a very good swap trick. Will probably go back and watch it several times.

Everyone else was either a minor disappointment, not as good as the first time, or just plain "meh".

Giving my ten votes to the Platt Bros. They're by far the most original and creative act this season.
lpnchet
this iste is too difficult to navigate!! I wanted to vote for grandma Lee, but can't find the place to vote. Man! that is one funny woman. However, I hope the next time she leaves the judges out of her act.
agtinmo
My votes went to Arcadian Broad, Acrodunk, and Grandma Lee. I thought Arcadian and Acrodunk were by far the two best acts on the show tonight. I just gave Grandma Lee one vote because I can't help liking the old broad..er...lady. I was worried for Kevin Skinner tonight and unfortunately I was right. He just didn't sing very well. The rest of the acts were pretty mediocre and a couple (the Lucille Ball/Dominatrix and the Divas) were terrible. BTW, I didn't hate the Divas because they are drag queens, I hated them because their act was stupid.

irishkatie50
I tried both phone and internet. The phone kept acting like the call wouldn't got through and then would anounce call failed. On the internet in order to vote you have to fill out a form each time which is time consuming and frustrating. Just cannot type things like that. Voting is going to be challeging for me.
agtalentscout
Drew Thomas Magic was by far the best act and Acrodunk was a distant second. Both should make the next level.

Neither of the individual singing acts were any good ... bad song choices among other things ... but the 14 year old girl and the guy from Kentucky will be voted through.

The Houston dance group is much too large and couldn't handle their props. They looked more like a mob scene than a dance group. They may make it through.

The young dancer needs work and played the piano for much too long. His enthusiasm may put him through ... on the bubble.

Grandma Lee wasn't funny. Her act seemed to die several times ... I wonder if she forgot her lines?

Mosiac suffered from a very bad song choice and bad lead singers ... it's over for them.

The Divas ... I've now seen them twice ... hopefully for the first and last times respectively.

The Platts and the guys from Kokomo on roller skates were both weak acts and will not advance. They should never have been put through in the first place.

The dominatrix received three "X's" from the judges ... they weren't fast enough on the trigger. It was the worst act of the night.

Overall, I would classify tonight as weak, though I think the magic act could end up winning the competition.

wolfinthewind
For me, the only ones worth voting for were Acrodunk, Drew Thomas, and Kevin Skinner. Arcadian simply isn't that good of a dancer at all, the Houston dance group was pretty ordinary, and as for the idea that Skinner "butchered'' Tomorrow Never Comes, obviously the judges, and my guess is America would disagree with you.

PLEASE...Skinner is awesome. He has a fab voice. If he bored you to death it is because you don't have a sentimental bone in your body....

I am so disappointed in this years "talent". Yikes. I am still shocked they sent 2 stupid animal tricks in and sent some people with actual talent home. Tonights episode was a perfect example of everything that is wrong with this season. Some acts were good: Acrodunk, Mosaic, and Drew Thomas. Some slipped but were good: BreakSk8 and Kevin Skinner. Then there were the other "talents": Horrible lip syncing vampire drag queens......YIKES! Lake Houston Dance? Please go back to the orphanage. Manuela Horn......should NEVER have been there. The rest are just forgettable. Hopefully people vote the crap off fast!

I don't think he "butchered" either song. He sang beautifully at his audition, he sang very poorly tonight. He'll get through, though, I have no doubt. I agree with you on Acrodunk and Drew, love both of them. Arcadian was brilliant, IMHO, though he probably should've cut the piano off just a bit sooner.

Only if America is tone deaf....lol A talented redneck he may be, but Garth's version is 100 times better is all I am saying. Acrodunk should have a deal with Ringling Brothers, and not their own show in vegas. But at least they were better than most of the other acts that wasted everyone's time tonight.

I'm a very sentimental guy. I got misty watching his audition, and have cried watching other AGT and BGT performances. His performance tonight was just not up to that standard. His voice was uneven and off tonight. He looked great, I think he's a good singer, but tonight wasn't his night.

Not to mention he obviously went out of the back of the box and into the tool chest which was moved to a spot where he could sneak off the stage. I prefer magicians who leave me wondering how they did it.

I think judges shouldn't stop the acts by buzzing them, because in this stage of competition it is america's choice to vote for an act, and it is not appropriate to take the opportunity away from america to watch the entire act.

That's exactly why he should not win this competition. If people are going to pay to come and see you, then you need to be a consitent perfromer and not have a good night, then a bad night, then a good night, then a bad night etc....Nobody should be called unsentimental just because they don't care for the same people. Different things move different people.

I saw Mosaic live 2 weeks ago in Florida and they blew me away!!! I never watched America's got talent before and only watched so I could vote for them. You have absolutely no idea how amazing they are based on what was on TV. Every single sound you hear comes from their own voices. There is no background music whatsoever. The "base" the one guy throws out was so mind blowing that the seats were shaking in the audience. I would have sworn that a huge "boombox" was making the sound if I had not seen it for myself. They have a web site where you can check them out. Just google "not a boy band" and you will see them!!! Good Luck Mosaic!! You have my vote!!

1) Finally, someone said something about Arcadian Broad! I absolutely ADORE that kid. The piano thing? I was disappointed that he went so far into it because Piers was right...that's NOT him. If it were a very short fake-out to his biggest "debut" dance, I would have been much happier with his performance. My vote went out to him immediately. I want to see his dreams come true, for sure.

2) Acrodunk, to me, it NOT talent. It's a bunch of dudes on trampolines shooting hoops. It takes muscle and skill to jump that high, maybe...but with that much space and access to the hoop, my 2 year old niece could make a slam dunk.

3) Kevin Skinner...I was SO sad. His audition blew me away. I've been waiting to finally see something else come from the man, and he drops another depressing love song on us with a new haircut and a clean look. He was WAY out of tune and I expected something bigger, something more...however, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. If he comes back, I demand to see something bigger, better and exploding with confidence. I gave him one of my votes...let's see if it happens!

4) Thia. Wow. It was almost like she mumbled through the song compared to her audition. I wanted to see her excell...it was depressing, really.

5) All the crybabies out there putting down the Divas for being drag queens need to settle down! Yes, it's a family-oriented show...but if you weren't angry with the prospect of a dominatrix yodeler (BIG disappointment, by the way), you're being a bit biased. Coming on in drag is one thing, which is mildly entertaining to start with. But, I have to say, their act sucked. They're frumpy, old and have little talent. We all saw it, and they even told us themselves they couldn't dance. So, there ya go.

6) About that dominatrix...one, why the hell would they plop us with that in the first place? There were people that were turned down with infinitely more talent than a 7-foot woman clodding around in her Fredricks of Hollywood garb. Then, she disgraced the stage with that atrocity she called talent. Wow. Attractive mommy, yes. Talented singer, no. Better as a dominatrix? Maybe.

7) The Platt Brothers...I found entertaining. I liked their mixed-up crazy act. Would I vote for them? Not really.

8) Grandma Lee was not as mind-blowingly hilarious as her audition! It was geared more for the elderly, in my opinion...not very flattering to the rest of the audiance. Not very many laughs from them, as we all clearly heard. It's too bad!

Nobody else was really all that flattering. I'm waiting to see Stevie Wonder incarnate, Opera woman, and Hippie Chick blow us away.

That is all. smile.gif
