When submitting two entries into the "Conan, Please Blow Up My Car" over the weekend, I did not receive the standard "Your Entry has been received and approved" acceptance email.

In the querystring of the URL for the "thank you for submitting" page, it said that the upload had "failed" because of Error 99 (the "notification email could not be sent"). Note that I did not receive an actual error message on the site, however -- I just noticed this error message in the URL.

Please look into this. I would like to be able to enter this contest and receive confirmation that my submission made it through.

we are looking into this, but this appears to be an isolated incident as there were other successful uploads over the weekend.

are you sure your file meets the upload standards in terms of file size and type?

I believe that the file and all of my submission information was in the correct form, but all is well now because I tried again and it worked. I got the confirmation email and everything.

Just out of curiosity, how do they decide what videos to post online? I've submitted more than one, in the last two weeks, but only one is showing up on the contest page. I'm fine with them only showing one video per person, but now I see that there are two videos from the same person on the page, and I'm concerned that mine are somehow not being included.

This no longer concerns the failed upload I believe I experienced, but the successful ones before that. If someone has a little bit of insight concerning how and why the videos are displayed on the contest page, any why multiple uploads from one user would be displayed, but not for other users, it would help put my mind at ease.
