I love the way the s/l is going with Nathan and Melanie.
Although the s/l with Philip and Stephanie seems fake to me.
Melanie does not need Philip...he would make me feel bad!!
Stephanie just needs to grow up..she is so wishy washy

I've really grown to like Melanie. Nathan was sorta showing wishy-washy feelings towards her. I don't buy for a minute that he just wanted to be friends with Stephanie. I want a guy to really want Melanie; not take her as second prize.

Phillip...ack. He needs to get over Stephanie for REAL. I want to see Stephanie far, far away from EVERYBODY. I am really tired of everyone falling all over her. She is so ANNOYING!

When Phillip was still being true to himself...working at Titan; he had a bit of an edge that worked well with Melanie.
This new softer Melanie seems a good fit with Nathan, but I don't trust yet that he really wants her.

I suppose Melanie and Nathan should be together. I don't want to see Phillip use her anymore.

I'm not sure if Nathan is really in2 Melanie like she is really in2 him. Philip she doesn't need 2 b w/ bc he cnt b trusted. Stephanie is selfish and insecure and I have no idea y both guys even wanted 2 b w/ her.

I have grown to love Melanie too. She's sweet and deserves someone who will be kind to her. Nathan's a total cutie and seems to be a perfect match for her. I hope this whole video tape thing doesn't screw it up for them. Brady would also be a nice fit...so what if he's a bit older!

Philip needs a good strong woman that can put him in his place WITHOUT trying to CHANGE him. Mel would have been a nice fit if she just had a speck more self-confidence she could have pulled it off. I used to like Stephanie but I guess they had to replace the title of "Most Annoying girl", formerly held by Chelsea. I wouldn't wish Steph on anyone, except for maybe "Most Annoying Guy", tied between Lucas and Daniel.

Melanie's character has grown on me. I initially wanted Melanie to be paired with Philip. However, the way that Philip has been treating Melanie is a smack in her face. I think that Melanie deserves better than Philip. I do not want to see Philip with Stephanie either. Philip has to live up to Stephanie's standards. Stephanie has dumped Philip because she couldn't accept his lifestyle. Let me guess. The moment the truth comes out about Philip sleeping with Melanie. It is splitsville. What else is new?

Nathan and Melanie, they are really cute together. Send Stephanie far, far away and put Philip with a strong woman that will love him for him, flaws and all.

I was kind of surprised bc I thought that Philip and Melanie were alike but I think he saw that she liked him more than he actually liked her... and that... that could work 2 his advantage.

I think that Stephanie 2 has to change herself also.

Right now i'm liking how Melanie & Nathan are hanging out, working together, and getting to know each other. It's nice to see the relationship grow. Even Melanie said they make a good team.
I did like Melanie & Phillip together, but the way he treated her after they were together...she doesn't need someone like that.
And as for Stephanie, she might as well go and join a convent or something...nobody is going to measure up to her holier than thou standards. If she's too good for the men of Salem, maybe she's too good for Days.

I really can careless but if I had to pick one, it would be Philip and steph.

I like Nathan and Melanie's friendship, but as far as a courtship, I think that Melanie would be a better person at understanding Phillip's business more so than Steph ever would..

I agree 100% about everything you wrote! Well besides Kinsey..She just needs to go away.. Terrible acting.. Well all of the teens are pretty bad..They'll learn..

Off topic here, why do they make Lucas out to be an idiot all of the time?

I love Melanie, especially, fight for what she wants, spunky, feisty with a soft heart Melanie. The one who speaks before she thinks and puts her foot in her mouth, but it's honest.

My biggest fear is that the writers will start to turn her into Stephanie for Nathan.

I don't want Melanie to turn into a too good to be true character, that's Stephanie, that's Carrie.

Not that there's anything wrong with good girls, it's just not who Melanie is.

I would like to see Nate&Stephanie together and I would lie to see Phillip$ &Melinie together . Phillip is so much like Mel.Stephanie's mom Kayla &Steve would love to have an doctor in the family.

I love Melanie. She's great, and she would be great with Phillip. Melanie and Phillip are much more sparky than Melanie and Nathan. Phillip was stupid to pick her as second over Stephanie. Yuck. Melanie is perfect for him, and she will keep him his toes.
