code from 08/27 taping for audience badge is invalid. help please. ty.

Same here. I attended the 09/01 taping (Show #0057) and on the way out I was given the code for the audience badge which I tried today, only to receive the "Redemption Code Validation Failed" message.
Has anyone ever managed to actually get it?

Upon exiting the studio two weeks ago I was handed this little card from a "Tonight Show" employee that said I could get a free "Tonight Show" badge for my Facebook page to show that I was at the live taping. But everytime I try to enter the redemption code I receive this message: "Redemption Code Validation Failed." I've tried it a dozen times over the last two weeks with no luck and I'm really frustrated! Can anyone help me out please?

I'm having the same problem with the redemption code from the 08/26 show.

and also, what's up with the video player. can't stream any of the latest tonight show episodes.

just got back from todays taping and am receiving this same error. glad to know you guys are on working on it. seems odd to pass out hundreds of codes and not have them work

I was there for 9/17 as well and got the card. Haven't had any luck getting it keyed in without an error message.... any change in the status yet? Also, sometimes I find the text on the tonite show site is black text against the dark background.

I was at the September 16th taping and I am getting the same error. It was a great show !

I was at the 09/24/09 show and my code also says redemption failed. I had a ton of fun though.

Hi, I was an audience member to one of Conan's great live tapings of The Tonight Show recently, and afterwards I received a card with a code on it saying that I can enter it in to earn a digital badge I can put on my Facebook page.

However I did all the steps, such as sign up for an NBC account, got to the point where I enter in the code, and it gives me the message "Redemption Code Validation Failed"

What can I do??? What happened?

Is there a time limit on these codes or something, because that wouldn't be fair, now where on the card does it say anything like that.

Please help.

Any word on a fix for this issue? I attended the September 8th taping and my code doesn't work either! Thanks. -Joe

I attended the show just this last Tuesday (Oct. 13) and my redemption code doesn't work either. I've tried it with hyphens, without hyphens, on different browsers... nothing. Glad to know I'm not the only one having problems.

Same problem with the Oct 14 code I got. I wanted the badge too! =/

I attended the 12/14/09 taping and never got a code after the show and didn't see anyone else get one, either. Has this been put on hold?

I went to show #83 sometime ago and have always gotten the "code validation failed"... I tried getting the badge for days after the show with no luck... just tried tonight and same thing.. Pretty lame they can't fix this or give us a new validation code since they ****** up the first one.. I love Conan but his staff must be seriously incompetent... maybe that had something to do with the show's demise.... I have a feeling the audience badge is on hold forever............. It sucks because the lucky few of us who have seen the show live can't show it off on facebook... Shame on you staffers for posting in September you would fix it and then never getting back to us!!
