it is isnt it? lol ive been addicted since the first season its amazing to see the end result and see that real ppl are doing it. I dont have an over weight problem but i know ppl who do and its just amazing to see these ppl on there and change their lives

I din't know. I THINK they do... I know they have doctors check you out. Just don't know to what extent. They definitely SHOULD!!!

You know, I never thought of that extreme. But look at Ron last year. Those of us who need to lose weight do not always have full physical capabilities. But we still need to move to lose the weight.

This season, we have Dish Network, so I have a DVR. YES! AND we also have high speed internet.

Abby's story is ripping my heart out. As for everyone else, it's gonna be hard to pick a favorite because they all seem so amazing. I loved how they all helped Tracy and I love Tracy's heart and determination.

Hi everyone out there. There sure are some compelling stories this year. Hope they change a little of the team and training aspects this year just to shake it up a little.

I don't like this idea of picking people..it reminds me of when I was in school & was always picked last for teams in gym class

I was noticing that too. They are all attractive people and they are going to be knock outs when they stay on the "health track" for awhile. They are just going to glow!
