What's bizarre about this so called couple is how everything was handed to them; they never had any obsticles to overcome like other couples. To me that signifies that this relationship is of a temporary nature. Well, actually, it's an on-again, off-again thing, not even a real relationship. I can only conclude that all this is filler on the way to Ejami.

Great post!!! Rafe and Sami never had to overcome any obstacles. Therefore, they really never had much of a major buildup as compared to EJ and Sami. IMO, this couple was literally forced together because the writers couldn't decide who should be paired with Sami {Lucas/EJ?}. They certainly took the easy road out by pairing Sami with boring Rafe. EJ and Sami have chemistry written all over their faces. If the writers can't see this greatness. Geez, we are in for a major disappointment. Rafe and Sami are dull as dry paint. As for Sami. Where did the love for Rafe come from? I would have to equate Sami's so call love for Rafe as gratitude. Gosh, I simply hate this storyline. Sami knew good and well that EJ is a terrific father. Yet, he is painted as a monster in Sami's eyes. Thus, Rafe is the perfect hero. Give me a freaking break!!!

I totally agree. I want to puke whenever Sami mentions that she is in love with Rafe. I love Rafe, I love Rafe. What a joke? The idea that the powers to be are trying to sell this self righteous boring couple better known as "SAFE" is insane. Unlike Bo, Hope, John, Marlena etc. Rafe and Sami are not believable to come to the conclusion that they are truly meant to be together. Bo, Hope, John, and Marlena had to overcome many obstacles in order to be together. Their romances were believable from the start. As for EJ and Sami. They were very romantic in the beginning of their courtship. Also, they had great chemistry which continues to shine whenever they are in a scene. Go Figure!!!

Safe is really really bad on all levels. I literally cringe when I hear her talk about loving rafe and how great he is. I mean she knows nothing about him and well I could go on and on. But I know that I upset some people when I posted that supercouples are made with time and tribulations and obstacles and safe has none...I am sick of being force fed this couple by the dool writers.

I am reminded of when marlena and john black were first an item...when marlena was thinking that he was roman. I loved them together Immediatly..like ejami. And then the real roman came back and marlena went with him and john was with izzy b(which I might add was a pretty exciting woman for him) But I hated marlena with roman...they were so boring. It took a while for jarlena to reunite but when they did....everything felt right. I feel that rafe is like roman...and I feel like I have waited for ejami as long as I did for jarlane.....I am getting tired of waiting...so they need to come soon or I will no longer watch dool.
