EJ denouncing Stefano might have nothing to do with the switch...actually maybe it can have more to do with Stefano leaving Kate to run the Dimera Enterprises instead....these spoilers are too vague yet.

You're right and we all know EJ will be back with Stefano in no time because no matter what he loves his father.

All I have to say is that NO ONE turns their back on Stefano long enough to survive....and the last time EJ tried it lasted a few months and then wham...he was back at his father's bedside in no time. Ej is to Stefano what Lucas is to Kate...they are the same...they will disown them in one breath and love em in another....I so hope that Lucas has learned his lesson but he forgives too easily and will likely hate her now but forgive her in a month...same goes with EJ and Stefano...they are all they have...although Stefano has Lexie you can never compare the type of hold he has on Ej to what he has on Lexie.

I'm sure that he denounces Stefano for lieing to him about Sydney. I don't think it has anything to do with EJ changing at all. I'm not sure what you mean by the stage is set.

If ej were to denounce his father he will un-denouce him just as fast. Either that or put a hit man on Daddy--or one of his hired goons to beat him up. Whatever he feels like on that day...

I think she meant the stage was being set for Ejami to reunite...I just don't think that Stefano denouncing will happen as a result of Stefano conceiling Nicole's lies....we all know that Stefano won't tell the truth that he knew all along and when Nicole tries to tell EJ that Stefi knew he won't believe her after all her lies.....this has more to do with the Dimera Enterprises and Kate that it does with the switch.

ITA. It's probably more of a business thing. Stefano has been grooming EJ for a long time now and is probably pretty pi$$ed that Stefano will hand over the reins to Kate (who has been an enemy up until Stefano married her.
I also think that it will be fun to watch Stefano vs. EJ. They are both so entertaining to watch when they are angry.
