The teams hunt for buried treasure on the beach in hopes of winning a trip home to visit loved ones. But when members of the winning team are home, some struggle to continue making healthy choices.
The team back at the ranch, however, focuses on losing weight and making the most of the time alone on campus. Also: The players work at a food bank; a contestant has a breakthrough.

I get it though, I have always thought those stools were not safe. I would be afraid to fall. Maybe if she does it "I" will get over it.

Ok, so only one team gets to go home as a "reward"? I don't think going home would be a great reward this early in the game, with all of them fighting to stay on the ranch. They are going to be faced with no trainers, fixing their own food and the stress of a family life again. If they did this challenge later in the game I could see it as a reward, but now it's just plain scary!
I like that they are going to be helping at a food pantry again this season. I liked how they incorporated a challenge into the work last year. Hope they do it again.
Dina needs to get on that stool! They spent so much time on it last week, and they are saying there will be a breakthrough, so it best be Dina getting on that stool! If not, drop it until she does. We don't need the drama, we have it from Tracey!

Some thoughts for a workout challenge during tonight's episode:
25 crunches:
- Every time Tracey does the crazy eyes
- Every time Tracey cries - no matter the reason
- Every time Dina tries to jump on the stool, and fails (50 crunches if she actually makes it!)
10 squats (with or without hand weights)
- Every time Liz threatens to go after Tracey
- Every time Liz cries/whines about losing her partner
- Every time Shay rolls her eyes at someone
- Every time Daniel gives Shay unrequited encouragement
...I have to get back to work, anyone else care to make some additions?

That would be one heck of a workout. Might need to scale it back a bit if you want to be able to walk the next day.

This seems to be another challenge where winning might mean losing. I f I were there I would be "ready" for an individual weigh in instead of teams. Just focus on what I could control and not the team aspect. You never really know how the producers will set up the eliminations. It could be a vote of those on the losing team or between the two who lose the least or even just the one with the lowest loss. The players can only work with their own intake and exercise schedules.

From the previews it looks like only one team goes home.
I wonder how certain contestants will do at home since they have stated they can not survive without their trainer or partner.

Ugh, I'm so over that stool. I like Dina, but enough already. The producers were trying to create drama where there was none. They ended up creating anti-drama.

I think if Jillian wanted her to jump, they should have set up a volleyball net and put Dina in the front row. Forget the step and just let her jump, smashing the volleyball down on the heads of the other team.

The application is about 18 pages long. There is a section where you agree to pay the producers 1 million dollars if you reveal anything about the show and 100,000 dollars if you do anything that would embarass the producers.
